Hotel Villa Berk is situated right on Calis Beach front and is a small and friendly, family run hotel in the popular, tourist and holiday resort of Calis Beach which is situated on Turkey's sunny, south western Mediterranean coast.Hotel Villa Berk is owned and managed by the Berk Family who are lovely people who offer a warm and friendly place to stay. The hotel is situated in the quieter end of Calis Beach in an area where the beach is mostly sandy with a little shingle, where there is great bathing in the warm waters of the blue Mediterranean. The beach is just a few steps away.The hotel offers a nice swimming pool and sun garden with chairs, tables, sun beds and shades. There is an all day cafe bar and in the evening the sea front restaurant terrace comes alive with the aromas of barbecue and spices from the grill.Enjoy a cooling beer or glass of wine and watch the sun go down... Calis is famous for its stunning sunsets.

Visited Berk Villa again this year and it was as good as ever. We usually stop on way back to our hotel for coffee and brandy. We were pleased to meet up with Victor and catch up, Victor is always warm and welcoming was great to see him. I wish Victor and staff well in these difficult times. We stayed in the apartment just across from the hotel. It was a good sized 3 bedroom apartment all with on suites, well furnished and equipped. The apartment had beautiful well maintained grounds with a pool. Alp the owner of the hotel and apartment was on hand for support as were his staff, but did not get in our space unless we approached them. We were also made welcome to use the hotel facilities if we wanted too. Great location close to the beach bars and restaurants.

Victor is an excellent host! Lovely guy to chat with and nothing is too much trouble. We didn't stay here but ate and drank regularly. Location is a 30 second walk from the beach at the top end of the promenade. Shade and fans on to help you cool down.

Right at the end of the prom great for a last drink after a night out very friendly guy even made us chips at 12-30am after our flight ,food is good and the beer cheap and cold nice place to sit and chill whilst not spending a fortune

Returned home after 10 nights if calis and stopped here for coffee and brandy on way back to our accommodation on several nights. Was a lovely end to evening, we have visited here for many years and always a warm welcome. We have never stayed but would not rule it out, always extremely clean, well lit and friendly. I wish all the staff a good season and will certainly call again.

This hotel is great for anyone on a budget. Rooms are clean, towels changed daily. Friendly staff and great food. Great location in Calis at the end of the beach and quieter at night. Easy access to dolmus. Lovely pool in a sheltered area.

We visited this small family run hotel during October 18 The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff Fevzie and Memhet were always very helpful with nothing being to much trouble. This was a late booking for us and we had a very relaxing holiday. The hotel will also arrange your transfer from the ayat a very reasocist. A hotel we will definitely visit again.

The food in the bar of hotel is delicious, we all are very enjoy. Recommend Hawaii chicken and pasta with garlic and mushrooms. Total high recommendation. If you don’t eat spicy, don’t recommend durum warps, because it is spicy. But if you like spicy go ahead.)

we passed a lot and no one in so called for a drink the seats were wet and the barman came running out to change them it had no atmosphere and so we never went to eat and rarely saw anyone in its right at the end of the prom on the right opposite obens

We stayed in Calis for the month of July in a apartment just by Villa Berk and every night my husband and I would go there for our first drink, the staff and owners are wonderful people, we would like to thank Stop and Victor for making our holiday so good. It is a place you can sit and watch the world go by and I hear the food is also very good. Can not wait to go back
