My wife and I spent 2 nights at La Farine in the deluxe suite with sea view and thought it was adequate but not exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they offered 5* service. However, the room and hotel were not at the same level. Room lights and a/c were controlled by key card, and even with the key card inserted, the a/c turned off frequently. The balcony had a good view, but it was not possible to keep the small spa filled with enough water to enjoy soaking. The deluxe suite was up a flight of stairs from the last elevator stop, and navigating the steps was challenging because the lights did not turn on right away. Breakfast was sufficient but seemed light by Turkish standards. We thought a patisserie would include baked goods with breakfast, but they all came at an extra charge. We tried croissants and were underwhelmed; even the ones at Costco are better than these. Street parking was incredibly challenging, but staff were exceedingly helpful in this regard. We also liked La Farine's proximity to good restaurants. However, if we come back to Fethiye, we'll likely stay elsewhere.…
Enjoyed my 3-night stay at La Farine Hotel. My spacious room has a gorgeous view of the marina, great water pressure, fast wifi connection. Taxi from otogar to La Farine Hotel was 50 lira, my private shuttle from hotel to Dalaman Airport was $45. I saw signs near the hotel advertising airport transfer 35 euro. Dolmus to otogar is near front of the patisserie, the receptionist (Giulia?) was so helpful that she walked me to the dolmus stop to make sure I went to the correct stop. Taxi fare is cheap. Lots of eateries and shops around. Simple but adequate breakfast provided at the patisserie on the ground floor where you can drool over the beautiful pastries in the display cases (not included in the breakfast).
View from the balcony overlooking the marina was very nice. The room type booked was a very good size, only minor inconvenience was the sloping roof so had to make sure not to bang into it. Breakfast was adequate. There was no parking, just whatever is available along the street. Bathroom was a bit small but good enough. The elevator goes up to the 4th floor so had to walk up to the next floor for the room. Despite having a patisserie they didn't offer any baked items at breakfast and since it's a very small hotel, if all the guests come down for breakfast, there's not enough tables.
We stayed in la farine for 4 nights and we truly enjoyed every single minutes. The stuff are lovely and very helpful we arrived very late and one of the stuff was waiting for us outside. We asked for food and the guys order us pizza as it was very late and we had it delivered to the room. The room is very clean and minimal. The breakfast was five star and the their cake is out of this world. I would highly recommend them. Ps the hotel provides free boat trip to a beach near by.
We have been staying here since 14th November, we can highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous stay! In our opinion it gets 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, friendliness, helpfulness,, service, safety measures and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff members. Gucin is just amazing, she speaks good English and nothing is a problem for her. Thank you Gucin and staff for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back! ❤️❤️❤️
I stayed in the upstairs suite for two nights in April 2021 and would return in a heartbeat. Convenient location, beautiful and brightly-lot room, delicious in-room breakfast and patisserie options, and helpful staff. The balcony hottub did not disappoint!
By chance, I discovered this tidy, newish, small hotel. It immediately felt like the comforts of home away from home. Over the few weeks I ended up staying there, I was proven right time and time again. Nothing was too much trouble for this friendly team. The rooms are bright, nicely appointed with modern touches, roomy, and good marina/water views on one side, while the other side is on a small street. Nice amenities, standard and rain showers. On the top floor are two serviced type suites that include Jacuzzis. Their La Farine Patiserie provides a choice of 3 delicious breakfast choices - delivered to your room, all included in the very reasonable rates. In the summer season, also included, is their boat taxi nearby, that takes you , several times daily to their own beach on an island. Excellent location steps away from the Old Cty, shopping, restaurants, bike paths, local life and buses. Thanks to the super Managers for taking such good care! I will be back. …
We stayed here in July 2020 for 3 nights. Our room was on the third floor with the marina views. The room was clean and tidy. The floors were all laminated which is wonderful for hyper-allergic people like us. We love carpetless hotel designs. All workers and the owners are very friendly, helping us for everything we requested or wondered. Due to Covid issues, don't exptect too much when it comes to breakfast. Everywere in the country, food service in hotels are somewhat similar in appearance, all packed foods with a few additions like pastry or eggs. My wife and I both are no-carbohydrate eaters. So our diet consists mainly of proteins and leafy veggies. Since the breakfast concept is mostly carbohydrate oritented, we wanted to see if they could fix something with eggs and cheese and some veggies. They were super helpful, made it happen without requesting extra money. After the first day, we didn't even have to rearrange the whole thing. The hotel has a private beach located about 7 kilometers towards the peninsula. You can either take their free-of-charge boat service which sails off 4 times a day, or you can drive there without hesitation. The beach is owned by Alesta Yacht Hotels but you enter with a small piece of paper indicating you're a La Farine guest with a time-stamp on. The beach has enough parking space. The most beautiful thing about the hotel is the beach. It is very silent and cosy during the weekdays, although I am not sure about the weekends. Considering we saw extra bunch of sunbeds laid on the lawn for Saturday and Sunday, it must be busy, keep it in mind. You don't even have to worry about finding a good spot on this beach during weekdays because it's facing northeast and the sun is immediately behind after like 11 a.m. Only issue here is that we recommend parking your car a bit farther towards the shipyard road because the hotel is located right next to a busy avenue so parking is almost impossible. But this is not a problem. Just park a bit far away, like 5-min walk away. The location of the hotel next to the street could be worrisome for people due to noise issues, however the windows are very robust in dampening the street noise. You'll sleep like a baby. We are happy for this decision and we will surely come back.…
Went there just by the chance ! So this place is really cool . They have really good cafe just down-under at hotel and it’s cool. Rooms are very well design and clean . I will highly recommend this hotel anyone who visit here !
Beautiful small friendly hotel, perfectly situated overlooking the marina and 5 minute walk from the main town and restaurants. We had a lovely room on the top floor with large balcony and Jacuzzi. The most fabulous views over Fethiye bay, the hotel has recently been completely refurbished so everything is modern and new. The only downside for some maybe the lack of a dining room, breakfast is served in the patisserie on the ground floor which is also owned by the hotel and consists of the usual continental items with the addition of fresh baked pastries and cakes, we were more than happy with the arrangement which we found to be a very pleasant change. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful but our special thanks must go to the wonderful Gulcin on reception who gave us so much help and advice and Rezzan in the patisserie for her lovely smile and friendly welcome in the mornings. If we return to Fethiye we will definately stay here again. …
