Friendly staff, nice view and room apart of the balcony which is really tiny. Good food (the one you paying separate), the included breakfast in return was poorly and unqualitative, same food daily and the vegetables, fruits, meats nothing was fresh which was disappointing as we had nothing to eat pretty much.

Have just had a 10 day stay at the Alesta Yacht Hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful location looking directly on to the marina and the sea. The hotel is spotlessly clean and is kept the same whilst you are there. The beds are so comfortable and sheets changed regularly. Slippers are provided, complimentary toiletries in the bathroom and a lovely spacious shower with lovely hot water whatever time of day. We had booked only bed and breakfast and the food was varied and fresh every day. On entry to the hotel the smell that meets you is absolutely gorgeous. All the staff are very polite and friendly. We will definitely be returning.

After having spent seven nights at the Alesta Midtown, we spent our final night in Fethiye at the Alesta Yacht Hotel. Sadly this was a great disappointment after the lovely space and staff at the Alesta Midtown. Our room on the ground floor had a balcony opening to the outside. In the courtyard directly outside our room, there were bags of rubbish! ( see photo). Most staff were fine, but one senior male was neither friendly nor helpful. My advice… stay elsewhere!

Good position overlooking marina and close to shops and restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights- the room was modern and very comfortable but we had chosen a basic room which meant that we overlooked the street at the back. Would certainly return but if staying for longer would book a sea view.

Amazing hotel. Alesta is so lovely, we gad booked a standard room looking out at a wall. We went to reception & asked if the front of the hotel rooms were available. We paid extra & moved straight away. So glad that we did the room & views were amazing. Breakfast was lovely with a proper coffees machine. Omelettes were nade on request. Staff were very friendly, cleaning tables promptly. We would definitely stay at Alesta again. The beach was lovely & so relaxing. Boat takes you straight there to the beach in under 15 minutes. Marina is walking distance as well as old town with lovely places to eat. Tuesday Market is about 15 minutes walk away.

Great location to town it’s a three minute walk to the cute alleyways to all the shops and restaurants Right across the street from the Harbor we paid for a Seaview and so glad we did I heard the other rooms just look over old buildings at the back The entrance & lobby is very cool and had nice air conditioning. Our room was very nice, very clean. The shower was beautiful - It had a sliding door so when you were in the shower you could look out to see the sea & Harbour TV selection for English was minimal but that’s ok Breakfast was fantastic a large selection hot and cold, fruits pastries cereals etc. What was the most fabulous thing about breakfast is it’s on the top floor where you have a fabulous views of the Harbor and it’s also a restaurant at night. It had a snack menu which you can go and order pizzas etc during the day very inexpensive. The staff at the hotel but very nice the lobby guys were always nice, the cleaning ladies were always very nice I did have a problem with some of the youngster at breakfast. They are constantly cleaning the tables with White trolley - that fabulous they are super cautious about clearing up I love that they’re attentive But they constantly pushed in front of me and it seemed they gave no regard to the paying customer.. if I’m walking up to go get a coffee and there’s a guy with a trolley I would’ve thought he would hold on & let me pass, but the youngsters always seemed to just plow ahead without any regard for their clients which I take is poor management - obviously they need to be taught that the customer should be allowed to go first, don’t intrude in the customers way etc. etc. This happened every morning. A lot of the staff were very young so I put that down to inexperience but really the management should have a heart to heart with their staff. One guy was exceptional & stood out -he was super friendly, short middle aged bald, always working hard to please everyone (sorry I didn’t get his name) I did enjoy the breakfast -though several other reviews said it was the same thing every morning The cold food was definitely the same -salads, bakery items cereals but the hot food was varied every day that we were there They had a coffee machine a large variety of juices, Turkish tea. I also noticed people ordering omelettes and smoothies which I believe are included. What was a little disappointment is the pool area - it is up on the top floor terrace it’s pretty much a small plunge pool which is really nice but super hot — only 2 umbrellas so barely any shade (Bear in mind it’s 90° ) they really very much needed some tall trees or palm trees or large plants to give shade to others who are unfortunate enough to not get an umbrella There is a boat that takes you to the Alesta Beach club (free) the boat ride is very nice it runs about 4 times a day 10:30 and every 2 hrs later (20 min ride) I must say I was a bit disappointed with the Beach club The bar area is lovely with great seats and fabulous lights, there’s a garden area where apparently you can get married - it has twinkle lights, and a grassy area garden area etc. The pebbled beach is nice they have white lounge chairs with cushions and each 2 Lounger gets an umbrella. My first sign that things weren’t going to fabulous was when the loungers had to be cleaned of debris …. Someone had laid them all out nicely but they were full of leaves, flowers and dust. The water to swim in isn’t a beach it’s actually swimming in the marina - with the boats right there… so I can’t help but feel I’m swimming in with boat fuel. I’ve been to many beach clubs & I’ve not had this happened before … a lot of people don’t mind swimming in the Marina but it did bother me (I kinda had visions of swimming in clear blue water with out the smell of fuel & boats docked 50 ft away. You can drive there from Fethiye center its about 15 minutes by road I believe there’s a charge If your not a guest of hotel. The staff at the beach club were either fabulous or pathetic - 2 youngsters on the chairs actually started arguing loudly 1 fortunately walked away & the other sat their looking miserable & pouty. We had a guy who helped serve us and answer questions he was very helpful & professional. The beach got really busy and they worked very hard making sure everybody was happy with drinks and food etc. We ate and drank and had a good day. I’d definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel as it was not too far from the dental clinic where I chose to have my teeth done. Prior to arriving we noticed that they had booked my husband and I into a twin room so I contacted the clinic (who booked it for us) to let them know we needed a double bed. They confirmed they had contacted the hotel and that they would provide a double room for us. When we arrived we were shown to our room which had 2 single beds. We took our luggage back to reception and asked for the double we had booked. They had no record of this and the boy on the desk made a phone call to somebody while we waited. The phone call lasted about 10 mins. Bare in mind it was at this point 2am in the morning. Eventually he came off the phone and said he had an idea. He was going to arrange for someone to go to the room and push the beds together and make a double. He said that was only for one night and the next day we would be moved to a double room. This was the case. We finally got to bed by 2.30am. We decided to try the hotel restaurant one night. It was ok but the service was terrible. We were served by a bald man who took our order. We ordered a particular wine and he brought something different. When we checked the wine he said it's similar to the one we ordered. We asked him why he did not bring what we asked for and he said it's similar. I asked if he had run out of the other and he said yes. He then served our meal. I could not eat much of it because of my teeth being sensitive. He asked how my meal was and I was in the middle of explaining about my teeth being sensitive and a young girl with big boobs on display and her mum walked in, the waiters eyes were immediately drawn to her, he walked away mid sentence over to their table and that was him done with us. Quite rude and disgusting behaviour. He eventually came to ask us if we wanted dessert. I chose creme brulé and my husband chose something else. He came back to the table empty handed and said the crème brulé didn't look right so asked me to order something else. I asked him if he had run out, he said no I doesn't look right. I asked if I could see it for myself, he said no. He had clearly made that up just like he did about the wine. Not a genuine person at all. We always tip for good service, the service from this person was terrible so we did not tip. The hotel is walking distance to the bars and restaurants. It is not very big at all. There is a small lobby, a swimming pool where if you do 3 strokes you can reach both ends. Sun beds are filthy. It seems they do not wash the covers. We found broken glass next to the sun beds, we had to call somebody over to sweep it up. We told her we did not break glass and she responded "it was someone yesterday". Why the hell didn't they sweep up then I don't know. Cleaners do a great job cleaning the rooms. Don't book a standard room, there is absolutely no room for two people or suitcases.
