One of the best customer experience ever and the best holiday ever! We were a party of 5; 4 adults and my 8 year old son. We arrived around 1am and received a very warm welcome from Can at the entrance, Deniz then checked us in (equally pleasant) and then Can took us to our room. The next morning it only got better, every employee you came into contact with, whether this was the reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, they all warmly greeted you and were courteous and helpful at all times. All the facilities, food and drink and location was superb. Too many names to call out but still would like to mention a few but really a heartfelt thank you to all the staff. Special thanks to Can (Bellboy), Deniz (Reception), Can and team (Spa), Ramazan (Masseuse), Ali and team (Salon), All the receptionists, especially the lady from Poland (sorry couldn’t remember the spelling of your name) who assisted on numerous occasions, all the restaurant staff, especially the chef who made me a delicious omelette every morning at 7am, Hanife (our cleaning lady) and last but not least the amazing management team Ümit and Mehmet. Going forward, for us this is the only place In this region we would stay at because I honestly don’t think anyone can match the full package here. We cannot wait to return next year! It's a very good hotel which provided everything we needed. We were visiting as a big family with quite a lot of requests, and the staff was extremely friendly and professional. We were lucky to come pre-season, so the hotel was not overcrowded and the staff was always available. Great breakfast and bars and overall area inside the hotel is nice. Easy access to promenade for a walk. Thanks a lot to Sundia team for our cheerful stay!

Sundia has provided us with amazing service and experience, our stay was comfortable and incredibly well managed. However, Hayrettin stood out above all, his friendliness and service were on a different level compared to other staff, it was a pleasure seeing him at breakfast. Nevertheless, this hotel must fix the room card problem, more often that not the cards lock you out of your room.

This is a long over due review. In all my travels and all the hotels I have stayed at , the Sundia is my favourite hotel and is the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at, my goodness my husband and I were treated like Kings and Queens by all the staff in the hotel , (we were there in April 2022 and again in September 2022) for me the staff became my family and what a feeling! The hotel will meet all of your needs and then some. The rooms are stunning , the food is wow and how they display the food is a work of art! My problem is I want to try all the food at once😊. The service you get in the restaurant is 5 star and the staff,we always had a laugh and good conversations what more could you ask for. Then there is the pool simply beautiful and then just a few steps away is the sea and beach breath taking. Every year we come the Fethiye with out fail and now that I have a favourite hotel the Sundia we will keep going back as we are this year 2023. This hotel is a place I feel at peace, happy and relax and I've met the most amazing people the staff in this hotel. I stayed with my husband for 12 nights in October. We have stayed in several 5 star hotels in Turkey and would rate this as a great 4 star but needs a little work to be 5 star. For couples was good would definitely recommend, wouldn't recomend for families Good points... Hotel modern and very clean Staff all amazing work very hard Over 12 nights we only ate out twice as food was really good Beach ok Room cleaned daily , maid service brill,great views Had two fabulous treatments at the spa Evening entertainment was fantastic, several rock bands and a few different acts ( not on every night ) Not so good points... No wifi on beach No beach bar ( only short walk back to hotel for drinks however I would expect more for a 5 star ) Pool freezing ( sea warmer ) No day time activities around pool Icecream only available for 1 hour in the afternoon Only one bedside table in room Snack bar closes at 4 so no food available for two hours untill evening meal ( quite late for small children) Hubby was looking forward to Turkish shave after reading reviews however he had a young lad that didnt even talk to him and used hair clippers on his face.... I had hair cut , asked for trim and she took almost 3 inches off left in tears .... All a cart we visited once food ok menu was a bit confusing I suspect some of these issues are down to going at end of season in October Over all we would recommend infact hubby loved it so have booked return visit this may…
