We visited Club Letoonia in July as a family of 5, including two young adults (20 & 19 yr old) and 10 yrs old. Had such an amazing time, couldn’t wait until next year, so booked up for 6 weeks later in September (this time just with the 10yr old). We were nervous about returning so soon and that it wouldn’t live up to our last visit!!! But there was no need to at all…. We had a stunning room with a view between the centrum and dolphin restaurant, staff were welcoming and very hard working, grounds were as stunning as we remembered, food was lovely and plentiful and the entertainment team were just fantastic. Spopo, Angela. Eric, Atar, Chirro, Armie, Ramsay…they made our holiday very very special indeed!! Extremely hard working, friendly, kind and just lovely respectful people. No amount of compliments/reviews can sell this hotel, you have to go to experience the joy it brings. I know this sounds corny, but Letoonia is just simply a magical place. I have had been to many hotels/countries over my 25years of travelling as a couple and now as a family. I cannot believe we only stumbled across Letoonia this year and have been missing out all this time…..!! Letoonia is our happy place and most definitely captured our hearts!! It goes without saying we are returning next year….. Looking forward to it already…. …
This was our second stay at Letoonia and it was better than the first one. Food was fantastic (even though we stayed for 2 weeks this time it didnt get boring or samey). We initially had a room in block z which is right on the edge of the complex and to be honest, too far away. It takes a good 10-12 mins to get to the centre of the complex so avoid if you can. We managed to move to a room more central which made our stay. I just cant fault the place. Its just a brilliant resort and will probably be back sometime in the future.
1st time at Letoonia. The hotel and grounds are amazing We went October half term and the final week if the season. There was no signs of the hotel winding down and entertainment was still on every evening and all the bars and restaurants open. Cocktails were made from scratch and none of that syrupy cocktail rubbish. Wine as good and sparkling wine available at breakfast as well. We had a bungalow room with a small balcony. Room was nice and clean, towels changed daily. Food was great with plenty of choice Didnt try the a la carte because the menu was limited at these. Ferry boat to Fethiye was good value. We preferred the old town to the market on Tuesday. We did the 12 island boat trip and they pick you up from the hotel. As it was October we knew the pool would be cold but it was like swimming in a melted iceberg. Only thing that was a niggle was that the fridge was only stocked o arrival for 2 persons (2 coke, 2 squash, 2 small water) and there were 3 in our party. Then it wasnt restocked and there was no small shop selling cans bottles of coke or lemonade etc. Nor is there room service, so the evening I felt tired and just wanted to sit on the balcony and have a drink I couldn't. Other 5star AI hotels restock or have an order service. May the management could look at offering a drinks package service so that people can preorder and collect or have it delivered. …
I don't know where to start! The transfer is a little long but its well worth it ......Staff are first class always helpful .The food is great always plentiful ,they have different restaurants all very good .Drinks are super its an AI+ free sail boats ,paddle boards and peddelos .Slides into the warm sea .chill out areas. It goes on !We were married here in 2007 and went back oct 2022 wondering if it would be the same ..........It wasn't it was better!! some of the staff from2007 still there which says a lot about this wonderful hotel .They also have their own boat for trips max 10 people and its all inclusive !! The one negative is a lot of the rooms have steep steps up to them so tell hotel if you have a mobility problem before you go.
We were a party of 8 and had to apartments and a room within the main hotel. The age range was from 18months to 75 years old. This was a fantastic holiday with so much to do for everyone. All the staff were fantastic and very friendly. The favourite was definitely the water sports which were all free. Although there were a lot of little hills and steps if was accessible for all. We also took the little boat across the water and found our way to the market on the Tues. I am not one to go back to hotels again as I like to experience new places but I would go back here without any thought.
Ohhh wow! what can I say another fantastic, amazing time. I been going for years to this beautiful place. My youngest was only 7 and now she is 30. We have been every year and evey time the staff at reception to the animation and waiters have always treated us like family. Every year it just gets better,I'm so impressed in fact this year I've been twice, once in July with my daughter and grandson and October with my sister and niece. Wow I love this place! it's my paradise and I can't find anywhere better. The animation were amazing, the archery guy was an amazing person and very kind and fantastic dancer and the best archer, I have ever seen. Eric was fantastic, amazing and made me laugh more than anybody could make you laugh he made our holiday he was so funny, caring, kind and the best Aladdin you could imagine. What can I say about the staff the whole place is magical the scenery the food awww it's heaven on earth. My special place and special staff. Organ the waiter what a special guy as well always been here from my 1st trip in letoonia and he an amazing caring special waiter who took care of us from over 22 years ago he looks like Elvis Presley always well groomed. It's just been very special and our room was amazing, beautiful views. Thank you for looking after us letoonia my second home. Thank you all ,can't wait to come back and see you all again soon. There is something magical about this place that draws you in so much. This peninsula is simply amazing. Letoonia is a completely independent resort. The hotel has 40 hectares of lush forest and is surrounded by the sea. Fethiye is a lively region in terms of flora and fauna....it's like we've fallen into the jungle. In addition, many pines, jasmine, roses, heart-leaved crystal flowers, bougainvillea, euphorbia, hibiscus, lantana, banana trees, zebrina and many kinds of cacti make the landscape wonderful. One of the sounds evoking a seaside atmosphere is the unmistakable hum of giant song cicadas, the voice of the males can be heard hundreds of meters away. One word is like a hundred...the whole peninsula rings with this music...
We were another older young-at-heart couple! Only went to all inclusive when our children were young. We were not sure at first as so much of it is geared up for kids! What attracted us was the beautiful location and the hotel had lots to offer. We were not disappointed, the place was stunning! Lots of choice of places to have a drink in the evenings. The middle of the resort with the main bar and opposite was patisserie cafe bar. In the middle was the swimming pool where all the activities are. All photos of Letoonia make the place appear empty but in fact this area was as busy as a large supermarket. We loved the Sunrise bar with DJ playing cool vibes music! Perfect for the evening and surrounded by the sea, we did chill out and danced a bit! No lager louts in sight! Restaurants all served the same food. There was something for everyone and the chefs did an excellent job! The Turkish food was wonderful with aubergines, olives, fish, lamb was delicious. Lykia was extremely busy, large restaurant. Cactus restaurant by the main hotel pool was quieter but served the same delicious food. The hotel has three pools! Most were busy with activities or filled with children. However, there were some quieter times but not for long. We preferred the beach area. The beach runs around the perimeter of the hotel. Depending on the direction of the sun, best deck chairs were taken but there were plenty more elsewhere. My favourite time was relaxing by the beach and going for long walks around the resort. It was worth visiting Babadag mountain, walking around Fethiye, boat trip, yoga, fun pedalo boats at Dolphin beach. We didn’t have time for jeep safari trek as we had 7 days only. The hotel offers full spa treatment. People have said it is 4 star and not 5 star which is ridiculous. It might not be as luxurious as some of the newer complex but it was luxury enough for us to enjoy our holiday to the max! The botanical gardens make the place even more beautiful. Although the resort is ideal for young families with their children, it is a great place for older generation too. There were many large family groups including grandparents. It is busy during school term too, when we had booked our holiday. Our room was at the top near the middle. Lots of stairs after taking the lift burned off those calories! The room had great views of the sea. It was clean, bed extremely comfortable, excellent bathroom. We were woken up 6am by prayers as the sun rose over the mountains. It really felt like we were in Turkey. Beautiful! …
Visited for a week and wouldn't change a single thing. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the facilities are clean and great attention is taken to ensure that EVERYTHING is perfect from the food to the entertainment. We enjoyed the watersports but must mention Banu the Yoga and Pilates teacher who was the friendliest, most encouraging and accommodating tutor with high levels of energy and fun. I will return next year just because of her encouragement and welcome to compleye beginners.
Difficult to know what to write, the Letoonia offers so much. We are a young at heart older couple, who love walking and exploring. For the first time we never left the hotel, yet still walked 9 miles a day! The grounds are beautiful and the scenery is amazing. We never tired of the 2km beachfront walk. The daytime activity programme is something else, so many different things to do for the majority of the day. My husband loved having a spot to go fishing and he enjoyed the boccia, my favourite was the paddle boarding and kayaking, hard to believe its all included. The yoga was excellent, be warned though, these are proper yoga classes, not the usual holiday style, doing sun salutations with the amazing view is very Zen. The holidaymaker Facebook group Club and Hotel Letoonia was helpful for knowing what was going on before we arrived. The food is good, always something to eat, the Gozleme Turkish snack bar was lovely, the Fantasia restaurant provided a good alternative for lunch, and evening burgers at the Cactus restaurant after 10pm always went down well. The main buffet had a very wide selection of well cooked food and salads, however it didn't change much, could have done with a bit more variety but really couldn't complain. Drinks were good, evening cocktails were lovely. All the staff were amazing and went the extra mile, there is a great attention to detail which makes a wonderful experience. Our biggest disappointment was 'silent day' on Mondays (we had 2 on our 10 day stay), we understand not having an evening show every day but odd there was no music all day (aqua aerobics with no music is different), the atmosphere just wasn't the same. We were lucky to be given a lovely room in a central location, but don't underestimate the size of this hotel, its a considerabe walk to many rooms, and the inclined elevators don't work in the rain, but they have the 'train' to take you round the hotel. This was a perfect hotel for us, providing wonderful escapism so we could completely chill out. We will definitely be returning, their phrase 'Once Letoonia, Aways Letoonia' is true. …
