Went to this hotel last may the place is OK pool was nice but the rooms were very very dated no cups plates anything to eat with no pans or tea pot, shower filthy no bar and the food was 1* cold repetitive every day and the gardener was such a miserable asss never let on and looked grumpy cats everywhere when eating which made annoyed me restaurant staff were very helpful, the worse thing was the Internet was s..t needs total Internet upgrade will not return

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks that we found on Airbnb, and what a find! Fabulous host and apartment amazing! Comfortable and just perfect! Fully equipped for cooking, sleeping and living. 3 balconies and a Juliette balcony too. Very private, quiet and lovely pool area. Great circular wet room. Good location for beach and Dolmus bus service is incredible! Not even a pound to wherever you want to go, get on and off at your convenience, drivers INCREDIBLY helpful and VERY regular service! Can't recommend highly enough!

Arrived at the hotel about 10pm on 15th September we was told that there is no bar! And if we wanted alcohol to go to the supermarket about a mile up the road! Although we paid for all inclusive at a 4*star hotel! We have had the room cleaned once in 2 weeks and then we had to ask! The food is awful and repetitive, we have eaten out everyday, they use tap water for the drinks machine! So overall not a good experience

Just stayed here for five nights, got put in next block, pasham residence, which was lovely. Had a free upgrade to a two bed apartment, ground floor, pool view, everything was great, beautiful clean rooms. All staff were fantastic, and it was an extra bonus when we realised we had lunch, evening meal and soft drinks free, as well as breakfast. Had pool to ourselves most of the time. Restaurant food was great, plenty of choice. Would definetely recommend this place. Jackie

The room wasn't ready. We were placed in fully inclusive block and ordered to move the following day. The food was basic,cold/Luke warm. Lots of noisy kids and Russian nationals. Staff are friendly yet ineffective. Patio furniture broken and uncomfortable. Bonus was washing machine and aircon.

WHAT A nasty hotel on arrival we had no clothes hanger and it was 2 day before we were given any and then only because some people had left and I had to knick them myself, we then had to clean the room ourself!!shower was as black as a miners bum so had to go out and get bleach to clean it !!!! then when we asked for our case that had been left from last year we found that the lock had been cut off and several items stolen a toaster two bottles of perfume, cups,washing powder and our beach shoes just how low can you go well it gets better on our last day they wanted £20 to keep the room(that I had paid for)14nights all in all not one member of the staff gave a s--t but then my brother arrived and guess what he lasted 1 night then left and yes dirty room and bags stolen from the year before so please if you read this THINK HARD ABOUT YOUR STAY there are plenty of clean safe hotels in the area use them not this Hotel…

Only staff who was willing to help is bellboy who helped our bags upon checking in. The rest have strange attitude acting like they are doing a favour. Stayed in one of the biggest 3 bedrooms which they didn’t clean or replace the amenities in 4 days. Breakfast was included only had once couldn’t have anything staff is helping themselves instead of assisting to the guest. We asked for malibu+coke . Barman didn’t know how to make it we gave up and left 2 days early and I spent my 24 hours for to get refund Reservation office was blaming front desk manager who was quite arrogant. Consider other options...

I have read the previous comments and can't believe it's the same place. We stayed in a blue green apartments. There is a wooden bridge through to all inclusive apartments and pasham rooms, I cannot comment on them. However, we stayed by the pool in the picture on the advert. We had a two bedroom apartment, one room was en suite, it was a great size, lots of storage, the kitchen was fully equipped we even had a dish washer, iron and ironing board. We had three balconies, the main one with a table and chairs, the main bedroom with en suite had a small balcony to stand on and the back balcony had room for chairs. We found the manager Aytek to be very helpful, as were the staff, if we had a problem it was solved in a matter of minutes. The cleaners came into the apartment once, but we had a brush and mop to clean and there was a large bin a few meters from the room so we could empty our bins daily. With having a washing machine I just washed the bedding and towels on pool days as there were washing lines on the balconies with pegs and a large washing clothes stand. You can get the dolmus from across the road to the apartments to Calis beach which cost 3 lire each or a 10-15 minute walk to the beginning of the promenade. There are lots of restaurants that are all reasonably priced. We booked a table at the Ada restaurant on the island of Sovalye it was a wonderful experience well worth a special meal out. We got a small boat from the end of Calis beach (Fethiye end). The food was beautiful with spectacular views of Calis and Fethiye. You need to pre book, which we did via e mail if you want a view of the fabulous Calis sunset specify iwhen you book. Check out the website. We would definitely book these apartments again, the holiday was as cheap as you want it to be, you could buy food for the Local supermarket and cook in the kitchen or have a bbq on your balcony, your own drinks are allowed by the sun beds or there is a bar, unfortunately they don't do snack but you have your own kitchen. There are a few little supermarkets a 10 minute walk away, a lidl by Calis beach or a Migros by the market site.…

Rude staff no information on arrival so didn’t no meal times had to change rooms as was meant to have pool view .... took 5 days of our holiday !!!! No towel or bed changes rooms were smelly and dirty no cooking equipment or basic items like kettle !!! Door handles broke so got locked in room Family were placed too far apart They were just unhelpful unfriendly and didn’t seem to care

Just got back from this filthy, Damp broken down place, no cleaning at all, no clean lining, staff rude, and make fun of the elderly. No information at all, family of 12, For 10 days, I stay in one villa in the pasham part it was ok, but still nothing too good about it, they put the rest of my family in different parts and very much separate parts. Both apartments where filthy and very damp, sinks falling of walls showers mouldy, sheets didn't fit beds, every time my mother asked the staff a basic question they just made fun of her which made her very uncomfortable its was her first holiday in 26years with her family. I've stay in many villas and basic hotels in and around calis and never came across such a unwelcoming place. I do not recommend , stay away, spend your money some where else. L, from London…
