Stayed for 7 nights in October and it was a great holiday. Not loads of choice of food but enough, kids club and entertainment was fantastic, rooms a bit small and dated and could do with a refurb but adequate. Everywhere was very clean. Only downside was all sunbeds were taken by the pool by 7am and our party and several other people stopping all came down with sickness and diarrhoea

Spent a week at Club Tuana in October with my wife and 2 kids, some friends of ours and their 3 kids. Great holiday overall but some room for improvement. A summary of most things as follows: -The grounds are fantastic and are constantly being maintained, the gardeners do not stop. -Our hotel room was one of the modern/newly decorated ones and was close to the pool. Our friends room was one of the old rooms that has yet to be spruced up, but was perfectly adequate for showering and sleeping in and was closer to reception but still only a 2 minute walk to the main pool area. The balcony was very small but we only used it for drying clothes so no issue for us, however if you wanted to sit out on your balcony and have a drink of an evening, you can't. -The staff were all friendly and tried their best to communicate - apart from in the main buffet restaurant where if you tried to speak to anyone they looked at you as if you had three heads, would turn around and walk away from you. -The animation team were great with lots of different activities to keep you going through the day if that's what you wanted, we did the archery, air riffle shooting, and some pool activities. If you want to just laze by the pool or beach or in a bar they wouldn't pester you. -The pier was great fun - lots of diving off and jumping in and loads of fish to see. We went on the inflatable doughnut/ringo thing which was great fun and had a 12 Island boat tour which was lovely and even managed to get ice cream and beers from an Ice Cream Boat. These were booked at the watersports centre by the slides and were reasonably priced. -Water slides were also great fun - many hours spent there with the kids although one of the slides wasn't working for the whole week with no sign of any work going on but didn't matter. -The pool was great fun but freezing cold - it was like a challenge to get in. Age old thing though, once your in you get used to it. Pool bar was nice but in the shade most of the day so was added to the chilly feel and you had to be a little loud/voicy to get noticed and served. The kids splash pool with little slides was great as we had some young ones with us. -Pool Towels - its great that they provide them but you have to get them early or you won't get any. I went to the kiosk to change them for fresh ones most days and was told that they had run out and no more until tomorrow. -A La Carte restaurants - we visited the Italian and the Turkish restaurant and both were lovely. It's a set menu so no choice but nice to be served like a normal restaurant. -Main restaurant - very busy at peak times, no tables available. When asking a staff member for anything they weren't interested in helping. The food whilst plentiful and a good variety was never hot, luke warm at best and by the time you got back to your table it was cold. Needs to be improved. Also no waiter service for drinks, find this strange in a 4* hotel - others i have been to in Turkey have waiters for drinks in the main buffet restaurants. -Mosquitos and wasps - Too many! Constantly wafting them away and slapping yourself on the arm or leg as you feel one land on you. I didn't get bitten too much but my wife was bitten all over as was one of our friends. -Drinks - drink quality and availability was great - but it took a day or so to figure out which drinks you could get from each bar. For example the kids slush puppy drinks were only available from the pool bar, Pina Colada's were available at every bar apart from the pool bar, mixed cocktails were only available at the beach bar, however there was no stress as Beer was available at every bar, so on my walks to the various bars to get the round of drinks i managed to have a beer at each. -Sun Loungers - if you wanted one round the pool, you had to be up early! I was up at 7 most days and managed to get some but a lot were reserved with towels and no one to be seen. If you weren't bothered where you were situated you didn't have to be up early as there is other areas to choose from, the pool, the beach, the gardens/grass areas. The cushions were good but some were paper thin and other were luxurious. -Sickness - 4 of the 9 of us became ill with sickness and diarrhoea whilst we were there. We also heard other people around the pool saying how members of their families were ill. I have emailed the hotel about this and their response was that they have no other record of it from any other guests, which i know is not true as the family we went with emailed them to make them aware also. -WiFi - was ok when it worked but would drop out quite often. -Evening entertainment - only caught a few minutes of a couple of shows but they looked good and were getting good reviews from other people. -Hubble Bubble Bar - nicest guy you'll ever meet runs the bar, but boy is he slow at making the drinks and didn't have all the ingredients. But did have the football on so we did visit a few times. -Shopping centre - good variety of various products, foods, clothes, jewellery and a very good hairdresser where i had a shave and nose and ear waxing - left feeling fresh. Overall we had a great time, however the wasps and mosquitos and the sickness would put us of from visiting the hotel again. That being said we spoke to many people around the pool who return year after year, so each to their own.

This was a beautiful hotel, the grounds were immaculate, the main swimming pool was massive and very clean. The rooms were cleaned every day. All the staff were very friendly. Towel service was really good. Decent sun loungers and mattresses no trouble finding a bed. We booked the themed restaurant The Olive Tree it was open air, it was really dark and when we got there, our starter course was already in the table uncovered with lots of insects around, anything could have landed on it. No atmosphere at all. Did not try any of the others. Good bus service into Fethiye £1.25 each one way. The main restaurant was clean and the tea and coffee were all in the same place, you didn’t have to go looking in a different place for sugar and milk. The restaurant staff were very good, as soon as you finished your food they were right there to take your plates away. On the downside the food was disappointing it was the same thing every day for breakfast and dinner and it was always cold. Try not to use the shop on site they are a rip off we bought some Rennies as I had heartburn and some hairspray ( which was rubbish) and it cost £13.59 English pounds.there is a small shop down the road much cheaper and lovely people. Overall had a lovely holiday.

What a wonderful holiday! The grounds are just beautiful, so many different areas for however you wish to spend you day. The animal area was so lovely, with a brood of chicks arriving during our stay. We also loved Munjup, the parrot 😍 Restaurant always clean, we found plenty to eat as vegetarians. Not much for us in the alacarte restaurants so we didn’t try those. Rooms are fairly basic, but the rest of the hotel more than makes up for it. We enjoyed the pedalos, and also the boat trip where we went snorkelling in the sea. We have already booked to return next year, we can’t wait. Thank you all, see you in 2023!

Staff very accommodating, food was plentiful and different themes. Drinks were really nice and bar staff very good, especially Serhat. Entertainment in the day and night. Recommend the boat trip, that was fun snorkelling. The pool was slightly cold but the weather was glorious.

Stayed here for a week just me and my daughter aged 12. First time we've been away on our own. Hotel is absolutely unreal, didnt realise how big of a place it was, situated on its own beach and has a couple of waterslides. Main pool area is massive good entertainment but still have people reserving beds and disappearing for hours on end! Pool is freezing cold but once your over the initial shock it's nice and you can swim upto the bar. There is a much quieter pool area at the park side of the complex. Food plenty of choices, loads of cats around which are a pain in the butt. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels replenished. Hotel has its own app, and communication is brilliant. On a whole I would score this holiday a solid 8 out of 10 Balcony/terrace very tiny! Furniture a little dated. Staff are just brilliant!

I have been visiting club tuana since I was a child. I love the environment and the staff and people around me, the activities are fun and the staff always have smiles on their faces and making everyone feel safe and welcoming. The facilities are kept clean and well preserved by hard working staff who spend their day making guests happy and feeling relaxed. The animation team find new and creative ways to get everyone involved in pool activities to volleyball. They also have an amazing range of food selections for those with dietary requirements and picky eaters. Every time I visit Club Tuana i feel like family, everyone works hard while keeping smiles on their faces and making everyone's day the best in can be.

In general I need to say that the hotel is really nice and we spent there really great 2 weeks. Hotel and the garden are very big and well kept. Private, nice gravel beach is also well kept. There are some fishes near beach also. In September there were free sunbeds available near the pools and on the beach during the whole day, however a lot of guests were leaving their stuff on beds and disappearing so a lot of sunbeds were only used by the towels not people. The food was really good and varied. Its worth to go to a'la care restaurants as the food is pretty good and there are not so many people as in main restaurant. The snacks are also fine - available in 24/7 bar. The service is on a high level. Especially absolutely amazing team of Poseidon Bar. Guys are really great and they do fantastic drinks! It was a pleasure to chat with them. Also the guest relations team is top-notch- they helped us in every case we asked about. If you would like to rent a car you can find Ramazan in the shopping center in the hotel. We rent a car with full insurance in a very reasonable price. Ramazan can also help you with choosing nice places to visit e.g. he advised us to go to Babadag in a cable car and it was really awsome. Regarding the Animation Team: Anastasiia is doing a great job, however not everone in this team is doing so well. When I asked Enes if it is possible to rent a foam noodle (in a same way as the e.g. balls), I heard: "No". So I asked "Why is it not possible?". The answer was "Because no" and then Enes turned around and walked away. I am fine that it is not possible, but the answer "Because no" is absolutely not acceptable. It is worth to play mini-golf as the field is very nice (If anyone who reads this will play minigolf in Club Tuana and will find a way of how to hit the hole in the station with inverted wedge - please let me know as I did not manage to do this on that station even once!). You can also play basketball and tennis and there was nobody around which was pretty cool. Regarding the rooms: we had a room in building 1500 which was in a very good location in Club part of the hotel. Room was very, very clean, towels changed daily, toiletries, tea and coffee re-filled daily. The rooms are big, but quite old and should be refurbished, however for us it was not a problem. The only bad thing about the room was a microscopic balcony on which 2 people are barely able to sit on 2 chairs. This is the only disedvantage of the room. There were also some things that should be improved. The thing I did not like was that in the main restuarant, on the terrace, the one, older waiter was putting cigaretts or a mobile on 2 tables and blocking those tables. When all other tables were full, he was removing those things to "freed the table" when some of the guests were coming and then he was waiting for the bakshish. In this case it was simply a bribery. How do I know those things on tables belong to waiter and not the guests? Well - we spent there 2 weeks and ate every meal outside on this terrace so we saw each time when this situation repeated and it was repeating during launches and dinners. What is more- a few times we went 10 minutes earlier, before the dinner and the mobile and cigaretts were on the tables and situation was repeating when this older waiter was "on shift". Giving tips is fine, but this blocking of tables to get bakshish is shameful. I think hotel should hire a "mystery customer" to verify such things. There is one more thing to be improved. As we were usually around 13:30 in main restaurant at launch (we were making half-day trips by car) we noticed that at 13:40-13:45 the food was removed from the restaurant. It is way too early as usually the restaurant was full at that time. The best solution would be to extend the launch time till 14:30 (it was till 14:00) or if not - the whole set of dishes should be served till 14:00 and not till 13:40. The last thing that not everyone may enojoy is the fact that hotel is full of turists from russia. If the personnel hears language similar to russists - they thought you were from russia. It was really annoying but after some time the personnel knew you are not from that country and spoke in normal languages. To be honest - it would be better to start a converstation in e.g. English or German - especially now. I however need to admit that during second week of our stay the animation team understood that there are people e.g. from Poland and they started chatting in English which is really a plus. However please be prepared that on mini-disco majority of songs (an also a lot by the pool) is in russian. All in all - the hotel is really good. I described all the good and bad sides above. If the disadventages described above are not a problem for you - then you should choose this hotel. We think that at some point we will return to this hotel.
