Stayed at this hotel for 6 days Oct 2022. Lovely hotel, within walking distance of marinas and shops and bars and restaurants. Hotel room very clean, very shabby/chic decor in blues and whites - all very lovely. Breakfasts offer a great selection, but no evening restaurant on site. Bars, restaurant and beach a short buggy ride or short walk away, but well worth it. The beach bar is great, especially at night, and the food is lovely. Gorgeous private beach with soft sand, comfy beds, and beautiful warm sea to swim in - and very warm mid Oct as well. Well worth a visit.

Had an amazing time staying at D-resort Gocek. The hotel is overlooking amazing scenery. The beach: The resort has a secluded private beach which is 800m away from the hotel (10min walk). The neighborhood: The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and markets. The location: The location is premium. It is 2 minutes away from the highway and it is just midway between Dalyan/Dalaman and Fethiye. it is 30 minutes away from each Fethiye. The staff: they were extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 days in October 2022. It was the end of a short tour of Turkey, the R&R part. We really needed a place where we could relax, lay on a beach and feel a little pampered. This really is the place. A few of the real highlights of the place: 1) The staff: SO SO helpful Nothing is too much trouble and they do everything with a smile. This from the professional check in team to the breakfast crew. They are warm, polite and knowledgeable. 2) The Breakfast: Amazing spread with great hot and cold food. A healthy section and even things for us fussy plant-based folk. Go for a Turkish coffee in the morning, very good. 3) The rooms. We tried a small suite and a poolside room. Both great. This is where my one caveat is: There is no music in the rooms and no way to stream music. You would expect a hotel of this level to have some form of smart speaker (even as part of a radio). A holiday really does need music so this is one oversight. Other than this the rooms were clean, modern and easy to get comfortable in. 4) The area: great to have the private beach (and the buggies to the beach, I'd dislocated my collar bone so being able to get a buggy saved an uncomfortable walk). Great bars, restaurants and shops, all a couple of minutes' walk away 5) Gym and Hamam: Used it for physio and to relax. Really lovely space.…

Best stay in Turkey. Amazing location, fantastic beach, great food, nice room, lovely and helpful staff. Don’t know about summer, but in November it was very quiet and peaceful, and perfect weather. I am not a big fan of all-inclusive turkish vacations, but this resort I would recommend without a single doubt.

We had a great, great time at the D Resort in Gocek recently. Everything you could hope for at a resort hotel was there. Service was impeccable, the food was world class and it is situated only a few yards from all the great restaurants and shops of Gocek. Special thanks go to Dogan at the front desk. He made our stay so special, going out of his way to help us find the best that Gocek had to offer. We had such a lovely stay here. After reading the reviews we decided this was for us. It’s a great hotel and the staff are lovely. Great bonus as they have such a lovely private beach which they will take you too in a golf buggy if you don’t want to take the lovely 10 minute walk. Also free use of bicycles which we used. We highly recommend you stay here. Definitely the best you can get in Gocek.

That's our third visit after five years, we have seen that not only the sustainability in the best way but also arousing more and more admiration. As you may know or not, D-Resort is located on the edge of the town of Göcek nearby of the sea where have a sheltered port surrended by mountains in greens. The natural beauty, crystal blue sea , greenery pine woods and promanades alongside the sea are welcoming you in peace. Therefore D-Resort provides you those all beauties and makes your holiday so enjoyable and feeling yoursels so good. On the other hand when you skip a few steps from the outdoor of the Resort you are in the town of Göcek where you may find what so ever you look for. Rooms; In the Resort there are some small buildings of entrance, first and roof floors with around 102 rooms, some of having swimming pools. Rooms are so comfortable, relaxable, having all the facilities you may look for. . You are lucky in the rooms facing the sea and your pleasure will increase. The beach; With long sandy beach decorated with white sand, crystal clear water, wooden piers, sun beds and umbrellas, and services In order to reach the beach either you should walk, thru a wonderful way takes 10 minutes only, or takea shuttle always available, takes 3 minutes only The water in first touch is shallow and the depth is gradually increasing as uou walk little . By the way the little fishes can give a kiss on your legs while standing or walking. The Breeze Restaurant . Entrance the beach there is a restaurant, “ The Breeze”, where you may have rest, have a drink all sort of, and lunch, dinners etc, Having so delicious foods and friendly warm services . The Breakfast I may say the best of the bests all over the world amongst the all sort of hotels, resorts especially in small luxury hotels. Remind you that resort was selected as the first among the small luxury hotels of Europa in 2019. The breakfast is served from 7 till 11 A.M. and you may have everything whatso ever you feel look for even dream. free bikes if you like the drive a bike it is free waiting for you Thanks to; the employees, from the director to the housekeeping women all staff are extremely friendly, smiling , fast, sincere, helpful and indeed make your holiday so enjoyable, so feel good, and make you feel you are the member of that large resort family. Having stayed here back in 2019, and been really impressed, we chose to come back during our first post-COVID foreign holiday. Initial impressions at reception, with the lack of welcome and very cursory tour of the hotel's facilities en route to our room, were not good. While the room had been made up, the decor looked tired, and air conditioning had not been set to a comfortable level. We stayed for 6 nights and by the end were not disappointed to leave. Too many staff throughout the hotel, with a few exceptions, lacked customer skills and did not greet guests when passing, rather avoiding interaction. Most of the staff serving at breakfast time appeared undertrained, and purely reactive, having to be approached and asked for water glasses to be filled, and coffee brought to the table. Rather than anticipating gust needs they tended to cluster together, chatting, seeing their role as collecting plates. The breakfast buffet offering was underwhelming and more worthy of a less expensive hotel. The only positive was the cooking of omelettes to order. We did not eat lunch or dinner at the hotel. We did not have to wait long for buggy rides to and from the beach. For a private beach we were disappointed that while boats were allowed to moor close offshore, and there seemed to be no attempt to regulate the speed of vessels, nor the distance they kept from the swimming area. The incessant passing of yachts and other vessels, resulting noise and waves, detracted from the swimming experience. We were surprised that while on the beach we were never approached by staff to ask if we wanted anything. To get water we had to walk to the kiosk and pay an inflated price, whereas I would have expected that water would be supplied free by a hotel of this type.On one occasion a dog was able to encroach upon what is supposed to be a dog-free beach without any visible action by staff. While the beach is a private one it is possible for day-trippers to pay for entry, undermining claims of exclusivity. Our biggest disappointment was with the housekeeping off our room. We found the mattress uncomfortable and, after the first night, approached reception to ask whether a mattress topper could be fitted. The initial reaction to our request was less than positive and we had to have a number of visits before it was agreed something would be done. We found communicating with reception staff re this difficult as their understanding of English was less than we would have expected for their role. A duvet was put on top of the mattress and this proved adequate although another request for a top sheet to be fitted required numerous interactions with reception before it was fitted and when bedding was changed was removed. We also had to contact reception after housekeeping failed to replenish complimentary bottles of water. We used the hotel pool but later in the afternoon found we were the victims of biting insects, and saw no attempts at insect control in the watercourse that runs next to the pool and through the hotel complex. Overall very disappointed as to how standards have been allowed to fall, and definitely not worth the price.…
