Was very disappointed with this hotel. The apartment was lovely and big but you could never cook a proper meal in it. All there was was a kettle and a couple of cooking rings. Hardly any pots or utensils etc either. We were there 10 days and bathroom sink cleaned once! Had to keep asking for clean towels. Hardly ever... More

rooms basic but cleaned every day staff were very good except the owners son with the curly black hair what a knob he was.No entertainment at all stayed there for 2 weeks only time you got it was when you paid for the Turkish night. I cant speak of Ceylan 1 we stayed across the road at Ceylan 2. It was basic but very clean. The sheets and towels were changed regularly. We stayed on the bottom floor so that was fantastic we didn't have the stairs to climb.The pool area was kept exceptionally clean. I have to mention the lads that made our stay... More

Myself and my friend stayed in the Ceylan and have just got home. On arriving we were met at the entrance and our cases carried up 3 Floores by a very helpful young man. Needs lots of tlc floors never cleaned or work tops first app awful over main side noise till 4 am poolside 2 nites in a row. asked 2 b moved which we were over the road to the quiet part much better refurbished app &quiet !!! The hotel is in a nice spot, close to beach and the strip we like, cleaners in everyday hotel basic, but you get what you pay for not really bothered for the length of time we spend in hotel I will advise 1 warning BE CAREFUL when booking late check out in reception it states 50lira for late check out... Fantastic appts...cleaned daily,great staff who would do anything for you and who dont hassle the life out of you..great position near football bar street and the point center..wont dissapoint in any way,but watch out for a creep who calls himself the hotel photographer..he waits for his victims when every bus comes along tries to intimidate people into parting with £70...dont... More

The hotel is called 'Jeylan' in Turkish, this confused us at the airport. You basically get what you pay for with this hotel so can't really complain. this was our 3rd visit to the Ceylon, and ejoyed our stay, the rooms are cleaned everyday and the maids do a great job, the staff make you feel welcome(Mehmet,saurez(crazy boy),sahly,wee Mehmet(peach),useoff,ozzy,big chef,mehmet photographer,polard,kadire,yashar),thanks to you all, the hotel is in a great location, the food is good and the staff do not harass you to stay in the hotel... Went on holiday with my wonderful boyfriend and his gorgeous mum to Club Ceylan apartments in august.
