I visited this hotel with friends in December for a couple of days and we had a very pleasant experience . The new General manager was so professional in responding to our demands. I also realised slot of improvement in customer care by staff which was not the casein my previous stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean but impersonal and very very outdated. The conference facility was done well with lovely attentive staff but the food for both breakfast, lunch and dinner left a lot to be desired. Wifi only seemed to work in the reception area so as a conference facility I didn't find this conducive for work. The location, as other...

Recycled food from dinner was part of the breakfast buffet, poor service, unacceptable cleanliness in the rooms - they never dusted the furniture, a rat above the drop ceiling in one of our rooms, we had no cold water for a whole day, but the hot water was too hot to take a shower. Only some of the staff was...

I stayed in this hotel for the first time in Summer 2002, for work. The hotel was decent. I returned in Sept 2016, and was rather disappointed. My nostalgia for the place allowed me to stay there, but the Protea is the better option there and there are some others. The owner could really stand to upgrade the facilities. The...

Beautiful views and enjoyable stay. I was pleasantly surprised with the comfortable accommodation and family atmosphere. Old world charm. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Centrally located in Entebbe.

This is an expensive hotel that had not been maintained. It is dark and out dated. I had a room over looking the garden. Music was loud and very disruptive. Staff didn't care and refused to move room despite the hotel being mostly empty

I stayed in this hotel last week and was pleasantly surprised. The room was only $120.00 ON Lake Victoria, and was teeming with wildlife! Keep in mind that this review is an American's perspective on an African resort. It is not like what we have in the states and you need to keep in mind that we are any Third...

This is a very old hotel that it looks like it is rotten. The service is not good at all, the price are terrible. Their staff in the pool/sauna side is a bit rude, he does not want us to bring the towel in our rooms. We explained to him that we are hotel guest but he said no no...

This hotel was built in the 90s and has not been properly maintained or improved since then. The rooms are really expensive as if it was a luxury hotel but it's not. Rooms are big but are not well furnished (old furnitures), the bedding is decent but bathrooms are not. You can even find yourself out of water. The internet...

I stayed there recently for two weeks. The hotel may be a bit dated but the staff is excellent. There is a very efficient laundry service available, and great room service. The restaurant and bar is a little pricey compared to in town, but you're in a resort. Over all I highly recommend.
