Stayed with my wife over the weekend for a short staycation away from Abu Dhabi . The Check in experience was rather cold and it was apparent that they were either in a hurry to get the job done with no scope to make it pleasant. As Vegetarians, options were absolutely limited at the buffet. It may be observed that both buggys and supply vehicles drive extremely rash often overtaking each other in the resort pathways. Further , we had an unpleasant experience at dinner at Basilico with the dish not matching the menu description. Feedback was given to the restaurant manager. Sadly, not at once but several instances of our stay we also observed staff being irritable with each other in front of the guests, especially the gentleman at front office who deliberately did not assist and always directed us to his colleagues at the desk. He was also distinctively annoyed by his colleague when she asked him for change to provide it to us. Housekeeping services were however upto the mark and our room was absolutely clean and pleasant. The only star for us during our stay was your employee Hein who seemed very genuine and pleasant . He made sure to make us comfortable and very warm. The Executive Sous Chef was pleasant and helpful during our breakfast visits . We may visit for the location but not the service .…

Wonderful resort with long beach.Staffs are very friendly.Housekeeping room cleaning excellent everyday.The room boy Kamal and Supervisor Jubayer are very professional.He clean our room very nicely.All things well arranged in our room.Room is very refresh and hygiene.We will come back again.

The room was clean. The food included an all inclusive service was excellent. Also alcoholic coctails were very good. A friend I was staying with had a birthday, she received a nice chocolate birthday cake as a present from the hotel. The sea is very clean. I would recommend to spend vaccation here.

WE WERE SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING. We were satisfied with everything. The resort was beautiful, the rooms were clean. Good food. The sea was clean, a lot of programs entertaining. Highly recommend this place. The staff was very kind and friendly.

We are for the first time in UEA. We chose The Cove Rotana Resort. But reading reviews we had some doubts. They turned out to be unnecessary. t the reception, check-in lasted only a moment in a pleasant atmosphere. And friendly service took us and our luggage to the room. Although the room was without a balcony and we ordered with a balcony, 1 phone call was enough and in a few minutes another room with a balcony and a view of the beautiful garden was organized for us. The resort is very extensive, the private beach itself is over km. length and similar width in low-rise buildings. Meals were another very positive experience for us. Classic meals and local specialties, good coffee served to the table, drinks also canned beer, local soups, and beef or lamb in various forms. The efficiency of this machine is supervised by the manager of the room, Karim, who can make staying here a fulfillment of your dreams of a pleasant rest in a relaxing climate.
