I came to this hotel for a weekend with my wife. The room and hotel lobby were clean, but the service was extremely poor and slow. Check in took a VERY long time and I had asked about the Jacuzzi and they told me it would re-open at 10am the next morning. I went to sleep and woke up early...

Its a nice and decent hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, Rooms are clean and Air Conditioning is surprisingly cold compared to other hotels in the City. Food during breakfast was ok as well. Swimming Pool is big enough to accommodate a lot of guests. Overall its a good hotel in the City and would be nice to stay again.

It was crowded and took us time for check-in but they were so kind enough to accommodate all of us delegates. The room they gave was quite spacious. The only thing is they did not provide us the kettle and coffee amenities which is normally standard in a hotel.

Went there on a weekend. The check-in process was quite quick.... around 10 mins. We were around 10 families. They tried to give us rooms near each other (the reception staff was quite helpful in this respect). The rooms are not very large, but are clean, as is the bathroom. The buffet was quite average. The main courses were not...

We stayed there for one night. Overall the hotel was nice, the swimming pool was big but still crowded due to weekend. The food was also nice. However, the reception staff could have been more supportive to guests by telling them the details of the facilities and timings of buffet breakfast and dinner. It's a recommended place to stay.
