Everything was good. We suggest to put bathroom mat for people. The food tastes good . It was fun at the kidoos club and kid's dj. We like swimming in the wailiki pool.It was really like the Maldives but the plates and glass cup smells bad.
Very enjoyable vacation, love to spend the time, pools and other activities are awesome, lovely staff to support during the stay. Excellent beach views. Kids enjoyed water tidings, food also good………
Such a disappointment. Over the years the resort has gone down in terms of service quality, food quality, and beverage quality. Paid USD 284/- for a solo stay in March 2023 for an all inclusive stay. The room was smelly. Fellow Russian group customers paid less than USD 100 for the same package. Had to pay extra for peanuts with beverages. The beach is much smaller than what it was earlier. Rising water levels ate it up. Not a suitable option for family staycations anymore. Keep away.
A pleasant and relaxing two days of stay. Staffs were so friendly and helpfull. The atmosphere was pleasant Madu from Arcadia was friendly, welcoming and helpful during our stay. Chetna from Al Rahla restaurant was too welcoming and helpful. Overall a happy n and a satisfied stay
Had a wonderful stay at the BM beach hotel. 2 nights of pure relaxation and fantastic food at the restaurant. I must recommend two staff members who made me feel very welcome and attended to my needs. Arcadia waitress Madu is an exceptional individual very attentive and homely, Al Rahala restaurant waitress Chethna provides a very warm and welcoming ambience. This is what customer service is all about, making an individual feel that their not missing home by making the stay a memorable one. Thank you Madu and Chethna for me feel special, you ladies deserve the best to come.
Our stay for 8 days was good, I liked the room view on beach side. Food is okay too. All hotel staff are friendly and smiling. The only problem we had during our stay is some local men everyday comes to my and my friend asked my number and asked me to go out. I didn’t feel safe. I felt afraid to go to the bar near beach specially at evening time because of them. This was really annoying me and my friend too I’m writing this to hope the person in charge of this to stop this madness.
We booked two pool side rooms for one night on the ground level with the unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks package. There were a lot of activities held every night near the beach for the kids and family (Tanoura dance show, belly dance, live DJ etc). Most of the staff members were polite and courteous but some of them seemed to be a little racist. For instance the pool staff casually picked our umbrella when we were sitting in its shade and placed it over another person and asked us to go somewhere else because he was closing the umbrellas, while at the same time he asked another person if they wanted their umbrella to be opened up. Being a vegetarian there weren't much vegetarian options available. Further more the activities I mentioned above were held in Russian language by hosts who speak mainly Russian so not being able to speak the language made us feel left out Overall our experience was not the best, therefore i request Bin Majid Beach Resort to compensate us in some way. I would recommend anyone who is planning a staycation here to come in season where the other people staying will be of a language you speak or a culture whose food you enjoy.…
Terrible experience - it’s hard to believe this place is in the UAE. In the space of a day, we moved room twice and then decided to leave at 21.30 due to being so unhappy and uncomfortable. From the moment you walk into the reception area, the unpleasant smell of food and stained furniture puts you right off. The rooms have a distinct dried urine smell, there is mould and mildew in places there shouldn’t be (mattresses - check your mattress!!). The bathroom is literally a washroom, the whole room floods when you shower and is covered in mould - this is in the premium room. The toilets have cracks on the seat and are stained. I paid an additional fee for my son and for a room upgrade and regret it. People are dressed immodestly, there is free flowing alcohol and so numerous public shows of affection - everything not to expect in the UAE. Alcohol is served in the same glasses as soft drinks and they’re offered cans, yet soft drinks come from flat, warm 2L bottles that are poured out. The lunch selection was minimal and disappointing- we chose to eat outside the hotel despite paying for all inclusive. The pool area absolute reeks of beer and urine and the beach is littered with beer cans and glasses. Worst of all, there’s not a single prayer room or facility available. Absolutely would not recommend- take your money and book into a larger (cleaner) chain hotel.…
Since arriving to the hotel we have the entertainment team were well behaved . Also the activities were timed and fully cover special thanks to Oussama, hamza,Aida, irons and Malena. Talking about food and beverage it was nice also the waiters were really kind . Rooms are to the point
