The place is well located and the pool is well maintained, the staff is polite. But.... Food selections could be better and extensive for such a package and resort. Not satisfied with it. For children, there's nothing special. Even though at the restaurant it was mentioned that use of masks and gloves is compulsory, not everyone was wearing masks and gloves. ( or wearing it under the nose... ) In todays Covid scenario, this needs to be enforced strictly. Didn't feel safe at all. On beach, on pool, near the stage - many people were not wearing masks and smoking on nonsmoker areas This is not correct. The activities lady was only speaking in Russian. I mean... What? Didn't feel welcome. Will hardly come back again.

First when we got there the bathrooms were nasty and no towels, called reception and they said house keeping was coming ended up showering without towel. We booked for all inclusive only to find out that all inclusive is only for the afternoon you get there because the next day they will just allow you to eat breakfast even if you are checking out late. When we question them about it because it's not advertised when booking and all they have to say was it is their policy, the all inclusive only allows sodas, not natural juices, beers and Cuba libre. The beach was dirty and the water was dark. Lunch and dinner was horrible not a lot of choices to pick from and not appetizing at all especially for the children. HORRIBLE, we'll never go back to that place again.

I visited 2 years ago and the hotel and surroundings were great, some really nice work had been done on it. This time around unfortunately it is now back to the tacky style again. What used to be a beautiful beach with magnificient lights up in the palm trees, is now a tasteless beach with strong spotlights in our faces and very messy! Such a shame to see such a decline. The music was much too loud. The food was cold and the restaurant reminded me more of a canteen than a 3 or 4 star hotel.

The expectations is much higher than reality , it is graded as 4 stars but it should be three not more. The staff is super hard working and super friendly. The food is not rich especially in meat 🍖 🥩 dishes , salads and soup are ok. Bring with you some medicines in case ( antispasmodic, antibacterial, anti......, ), my daughter has vomited last night at resort and we all sick after returning back to home. The SO CALLED all inclusive is funny, no snack is at all only drinks , this is very new to me in my whole 45 years 😅. The hotel is depending on people coming from Eastern Europe at low prices which means they are decreasing costs as they can so if you are paying as individual then you are paying at least 40 - 60% extra !!!!! Ooooops Swimming pools, sliders and beach are nice however hygiene is a big issue ( take care , I am auditor ) The weather was amazing which is not related to the resort 😄 but when it was one night foggy and all beach chairs are wet, they do nothing just shaking their shoulders 🤦🏻 Nature there is beautiful BUT the prices are UNFAIR

We had booked Bin Majid Resort (2 standard rooms) for 2 nights for our family of 4 through an online tour operator TravelWings. The resort was well located on beach front. The rooms were fine. The swimming pool and beach areas were well maintained. The resort was very crowded with mostly European tourists and good for the resort’s business. But the facility was ill equipped to handle big crowds. The breakfast and dinner buffets were badly managed with cold food, no social distancing, many tourists not wearing masks or gloves for buffet trays. Food was not hot and mostly the food trays were not refilled at speed at which the food was consumed. Food choices can be categorized as ordinary. But most of all the service of the staff needs much improvement. The service is given differently to people of different nationalities and that should not be the case at all. On arrival, most other nationalities were given golf car to transport them and luggage to the rooms. We were not provided with this facility and made to walk long distance with the luggage. One fine afternoon we went for a drive to the town and on return, after parking the car, we were walking to our rooms. One swimming pool life guard named “Navin” (on additional duty as tennis court in charge) had the guts to question my family – “Excuse me where are you going”. I told him we had reservation of two rooms. It is not the issue of asking the guest, it is good to verify, but the manner of asking was extremely rude and he had no business to insult house guests like that. After that I made call to reception for complain about the issue. The reception officer apologized, but that is not enough. The manager should have visited the room to tender apology on behalf of the management of the hotel. But this never happened. We were so humiliated by the incident that we left the hotel after one night’s stay and wasted the other night’s booking and breakfast service without asking refund. The BM Resort experience was most unfortunate and the staff and management doesn’t care about the wellbeing of the guests. In a beautiful tourist friendly country like UAE, this is certainly a dark spot.
