This is such a wonderful hotel, the staff are all very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in a sea view two bed room, which was cleaned to a very high standard each day by Nur, including amazing towel animals! The buffet was excellent so much choice each meal. We also went to the Al Maeda Lebanese restaurant which was good too, we went all inclusive which I highly recommend, you can use the drinks menu at all the restaurants. The wine was good, several cocktails included and spirits too, as well as soft drinks and coffees. The service was always marvellous in any bar or restaurant. The beach is great too, there are three bays all with sun loungers. The heated pool was good too, and also a salt water pool which wasn’t heated. The free transfer were helpful too. Best in Class because of the remarkable team here. Welcomed by Richard from the drive way at the entrance (and helped us at departure as well). Car received by Muhamed Valet incharge (blue shirt). Checked in by Iana, Duty Manager, very professional, accommodating and friendly, updated with all our info. Greeted and acknowledged from a distance by Chester, whenever passing by reception, always cheerful and very polite with everyone. Another professional Duty Manager, Mr M.Reda, thank you for everything and all your assistance. Over the telephone, polite, respectable Mr Uthmna and Mr Wael. YeYint assisted with checkout and was very prompt. All led by a fabulous leader, Mr Sabry Afify. Pre arrival communication till the day we cheked out, Thank you bigs. Dinning experience was lovely, started with Ms Anes, booking for our breakfast and looking after us during dinner at the Latin restaurant together with Zeyar and Wllico. Breakfast team amazing, Super Chef Kasdi and his entire team - Chefs Elias, Rami, Thit, Emirati Chef ladies, thank you all. Served and looked after by Mr Sreejith and his team - BITU, Thilina, Sudip, Gayan &Anoop (beverages), Luzy, Aarish and Abhishek Ji, thank you always. I do absolutely recommend this hotel. Pools are nice, beaches are nice and clean. Staff is very nice, indeed this was the best staff I've met in this type of hotels. When it comes to the food, you have so many options - from fruits, vegetables, local options as well as international types of dishes.
Absolutely stunning resort with lush facilities including 7 pools, spa, kids club, restaurants and Pristine location close to beach and city. This place is like no other, a resort in heart of city, yet secluded!! Infinite views of the Arabian gulf are amazing. The staff is very passionate and services quick. We were offered an upgrade from the standard room to a family villa, which we availed and we could not have done a better thing for our stay. The extra price is worth the privacy... In room equipment appears to be a bit dated as we struggled to connect our devices with the TV, but who cares. It's a resort... A proper destination for detox...
I had an excellent time at their property. I thank them for their complimentary offerings. I had a 2N/3D stay from 22nd January 2023. My check-in and check-out was smooth and brief. I enjoyed my sauna, steam, and jacuzzi experience at the Spa Centre. I wish they had privilege quotes for Spa Services for a Hilton Honors Members.
Our second stay at the Hilton Beach resort in RAK and super satisfied again. Great to escape the hustle of Dubai and able to explore the local landscape in Jebel Jais. Lebanese restaurant dishes up a fantastic feast (don’t over order as portions are huge) and breakfast buffet is comprehensive.
I travel a lot around the world. I got here about 7:30 in the evening. 2 hours ago there is no hot water in my bathroom. I talked to everyone to help me but there is no hot water because there is a problem with the heater. The engineer said there is a problem with the hotel's heater. The duty manager said she didn't believe me, !!!! she said the water was not hot but it was okay!!!!!!!!!! . This is really ridiculous and funny. Service is very slow for food and cleaning .I can't believe this is actually a five star hotel!!!! .I do not recommend this hotel, it ruined my vacation, wasted my time and exhausted me .
It’s our second time in this hotel and it was amazing! The amenities are great, staff is super friendly, love the territory of the resort. Breakfast was busy but the food was always there, the only problem during breakfast was the exhaust- the smell of the fried eggs stayed with us for the whole day. Would like to give a special shout-out to Arisma from f&b - very hardworking and polite, we saw her at night and there she was the next morning at breakfast. One point to improve - the aqua activities (aqua aerobics) were done in the salty pool which is not heated during winter - maybe it would make sense to do the activities in the adult pool
Overall the hotel is nice with heated pools and good dining options. Beach is great with good sunset views and all of the bars have good locations and good staff. Room qualities of regular rooms are below what one would expect for a 5-star hotel and feels very worn. To get the “5-star”-standard the only option is the Villas since they are the only ones renovated. Asked to be transferred to another room of the same type (family) but got the answer that they were all the same. Only option was to pay full price for an upgrade to villa which was ~5-600 AED/night extra.
The Hotel is really good, the beach, the food, the Villas - but the very best is the friendly nice Service - Thanks to the whole Service Team, especially Dileepa, Faruk, Islam, Dina and the boys at the pool bar! You are great and all of you made our trip to Ras al Chaima unforgetable! Thank you all very much!
