Me and my friend, we stayed in this hotel for 2 nights 3 days. Before booking we look into the hotel website it was nice and we were expecting more but when we stayed we really don’t feel it’s like 4 star hotel. The swimming pool smaller than we saw in website, staff were rude and does not know how to speak in professional way. Even during check out the staff was not accommodating it’s like u have stayed so go now!! Will never come back to this hotel. We don’t feel like we are at home so unexpected service.

The standard is not even near a 3 star facility. The Wifi is slow, so I had a large bill from my tele company, when I came home! The hotel is not near the metro or bus, so you will have to catch a taxi. Stay rather in a area, where they have all facilities, you will save money and time!

I was hoping I'd be pleasantly surprised when booking this hotel and it wouldn't live up to my expectations of being not so good but sadly it lived up to what I was expecting. 1. When booking this hotel, I clearly requested non smoking. They confirmed my selection and advised they can do this. Upon checking in they gave me a smoking room and it stank! I asked for it to be changed and they said they can't as they fully booked. 2. The gym. It doesn't open until 9am. But guess what, only women can use it between 9am and 1pm. Men are not allowed until 1pm. On all my years staying in all sorts of hotels, all over the world I've never come across such rules. I like an early morning work out but in this hotel I can't. 3. It's noisy. Kids running around at all hours of night up and down the hall way and no one seems to do anything about it. Rooms are not sound proofed. The plus side, it was cheap compared to other hotels in Sharjah and neighbouring Dubai. However I wouldn't rush here again. I certainly wouldn't bring my family here for sure. The most irritating thing is the gym and when "men" can use it. Plus side: Rooms were clean, OK, nothing to get excited about.…

Up to your budget it's excellent for short trip , staff so friendly and helpful, so clean room , advise to choose pool view , nice pool , not luxury hotel but what you need for sharjah , so close to dubai if you rent a car better than taxi's , thnxxx alooot sharjah primer resorts .

My company booked this hotel for a business trip. The hotel staff, service and amenities are really good. The staff are always trying to make sure you have a great stay. I prefer to stay in Sharjah when I go to UAE as I don't like the night clubs and prostitution of Dubai but anyone looking to visit Dubai this hotel is not ideal as it's too far. Traffic from Sharjah to Dubai can be really bad during rush hours. The hotel however is fantastic.

Worth every penny. It was a great stay. Try the continental breakfast and Chicken Biryani. Both are awesome. I really enjoyed the stay with my family. It was my first time in sharjah and it was awesome.

I have stayed in the hotel a couple of times. If you are looking for a nice quiet getaway this would be the place to stay in Sharjah. its quite near to the beach and not far from the city centre as well. Hotel staff are quite easy going and polite. Wifi connection is good and the breakfast is great. Nice clean rooms, hustle free check in even if you're a walk in and best part, competitive prices!
