A friend and I needed to visit Dubai in Feb but happened to be during Dubai Food Festival and there was no hotel room in Dubai, so I found this small hotel where we stayed 3 nights till Dubai hotels became available. Had no problem getting there using Google Maps, being close to the beach. The rooms surround the pool in a U shape, our room was in one corner with no balcony but had a window that can be opened. The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. Being in Sharjah by the sea, we went on a tour all the way up the Corniche to Ajman, my favorite drive back and forth, so clean and sightseeingly. The reception staff were efficient and accommodating but lack the smile and language ability. Aside from this and the poor restaurant, it was a rather nice stay.

Please DONT BOCK IN THIS "EXTREMLY BAD HOTEL " I think really you need to check the rating of this property .. the room has no AC or not working (am sweating !!!) .. poor lightening ... very unprofishinal staff when I call he was shouting on me why you call now in mid night !!! He said there is no technetion to fix it now ... there is no such called gym ! It's just 1 or 2 train mail ... in the sweeming pool there is cats drinking directly from the water ... you need to go for long way in Stony road to park you car .. the place is not clean at all ... I really feel upset ...unhappy at all .. المكيفات لا تعمل .. المناشف قديمة .. الغرف مروعه غير نظيفة ورائحة دخان .. المكيف لا يعمل لا يعمل لا يعمل .. في اكثر من تعليق قرات هذا وجربته بنفسي ... العمال غير مهنيين اطلاقا ومعاملتهم سيئة ...لا يوجد جيم ابدا مجرد جهاز تريد ميل واحد واظنه لا يعمل ... الحوض جدا بعيد عن مكان الاقامة فلا تغركم الصور .. بياخذوكم مبنى بعيد بيقولوا هذا مليان ... لا انصح اي شخص ياتي الى هذا الفندق اطلاقا ... تحس نفسك قديييم جدا ووسخ …

good budget hotel. there is Parking, pool, sauna. to the beach 300 meters from the hotel. the restaurant on system "buffet". the rooms are large with balcony and kitchen apartment. the room is cleaned every day.

Location is peaceful and the ambience is good. Away from traffic and city chaos.Rooms are spacious with good furniture. Restaurent is good nut vegetarian options are too less. Staff is good. Cleanliness is well maintained.

Old and run down. No alcohol in Sharja. The place somewhat clean. Water is brown. Restaurant closed on arrival. Towels old and stained. OK for a sailor from a third world country who is not used to any other hotel.

i have been booked by my company at this motel very nice budget motel very closed to beach close to dubai city is very near even dubai city is close they have bus service to dubai city every day twice a day they provide buffet in restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner very nice food good atmosphere nice pool gym outdoor games very good to stay they also provide free wifi internet which has very good connectivity

I was visiting UAE for a wedding with my sons and this is the place that was the most reasonable. In fact my family decided to stay here as well. We have three rooms and one suite. The kids had a blast at the pool and the complimentary breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and always ready and eager to serve. My only gripe is the lack of towels. We did get it when asked but I guess being westerners we are used to many sizes of towels and plenty of it in hotels.

It was my first stay in Sharjah. Welcoming staff, helpful charming lady Roula at the reception. Perfect chance to master languages and communicate while travelling around Sharjah and Dubai. 5-minutes walk to the coastline. Red Bus Tours - the stop is nearby. Hotel: staff are so nice and helpful specially Roula, pool is clean but small, there is no GYM just a treadmill n bench nothing else, don't order from hotel rest., don't forget to use one important facility which is access to Beach hotel for 20 aed only, AC temp is weird it doesnt reflect correctly. if u r a GYM freak like me just use EWAN hotel gym but its 40 aed per day, i negotiated with the coach and got it for 20 aed but i had to pay for 10 days in advance.
