High Respect to the GM Islam for the gesture and wonderful team support from front office, concierge to lifeguards. Spacious room for family, safest pool, private beach, Peacock, play area, ping pong, table tennis and many more activities.. Sure, will recommend to all my networks. Dont follow negative credits. Just book and Enjoy their service at affordable price..

Very unprofessional and unorganised management .. you feel it from the time you enter the hotel until your checking out. Very low number of staff with very slow responses Many mistakes.. different food than ordered.. losing important food items all the time.. they asked for paying for 2 times for the same service The area of ping pong and Gym was not maintained and was full of stored items.. labour staff sleep there you can see this obviously.. no balls .. they were searching for balld for an hour almost Finally, I escorted my kids to the sea.. and I was shocked when I found the jetski in the middle of the swimming guests.. was ridden by a guest without supervision.. I made a big fight until the supervisor came and took the jetski away.. so much risky and dangerous I don't recommend this place to anyone. It doesn't look five stars at all when it comes to service.

One of the worst meals I have ever had. The food was tasteless. Very bad juice. The soup was disaster, full of powder milk. Even most of the fruits were canned, not even fresh. My first and last visit to this place.

I arrived to the hotel at 9:30 after I got yo know it's fine if I can and I set front of the guy who was going to do my check in, and he was asking me how did I do my booking then I gave him my confirmation number, then he start asking me again how did I do my booking, 😰, Can you imagine? Then I asked regarding the parking, they told me it's full without checking it, the I asked them to open the parking for me, and I found big four wiles car blocked the parking entrance 🥵 And I went back to the reception guy to complete my checking in, I got chocked when he told me, my room it's not available, the reason I saw two families same nationality of the receptionist lady arrived with me in same time, and they start telling me sorry your checking in time will be ready at 11:30 because your room is not ready, yes I know its not ready because the lady did the checking in for the two family of her nationality and gives them my room, 🥵, I can understand they are families and they have a kids but should be the staff there informing me something like that, but they star dealing with me as a fighters, the good thing the manager told me, you don't say if you don't know, Can you imagine? I forgot to say the guy who was trying to do my checking in he is the hotel Manager, he was so happy with his uniform when he was introducing himself, he need to trained well, to face a difficult guest and solving any issue 🙈 He was trying to convince me my room is not ready and the hotel is packed 🤪 The hotel around the is running high occupancy and it shows because of high rates of other hotels on the beach. There a lot, but I believe this enough about Sahara resort & Spa Sharjah However I booked another resort cheaber, better and staff is really helpful.
