I came with my family for dinner buffet. We had a good experience with the restaurant of hotel. Warm welcoming and very good service. Food is good and price reasonable. Kids enjoyed. I hope to come back soon.
staff are amazing and very helpful, room size is so nice bed size is great , thee is a smell from carpet . location is not that good. Taxi to airport 35-55 breakfast is good as well expensive and value from money
I had a wonderful stay at the Four Points by Sheraton, Sharajah. This is a convenient location with access to many or the major sights and made it easy for me to get to different parts of the city for meetings. The service and friendliness of the staff is clearly evident. Mr. Rajesh in the housekeeping department who was responsible for my room was terrific. He went above and beyond in preparing my room and I very much enjoyed speaking with him. Overall the location provides great value. As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member this experience only strengthened my affinity.
How do you know a hotel property knows what the hotel business is about? Answer: By ensuring that the guests needs are taken care of with zero to minimal visibility of the staff. The staff of the hotel from the concierge to the restaurant to room service strive to give you a top notch stay and the awesome thing is that everything gets done without them intruding upon you in any way. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are always eager to help and resolve any issues and facilitate a fantastic stay. One cannot ask for more. I hope they maintain such high standards. This is my hotel of choice in Sharjah from now on.
A CLEAN CONVIVIAL LIVING ENVIRONMENT AND ROOMS OF EXCELLENT STANDING We have great experience to deal with hotel staff of extraordinary friendliness and great availability to satisfy the customer. This remark is valid from the concierge staff to the room service staff, including the reception / reservation staff. The height of our satisfaction is the great surprise experienced with chef SHARAD whose high-quality dishes, concocted with a great deal of art, add a special note to the pleasant stay in your hotel. I particularly enjoyed his lentil soups. Chef Sharad has a high level of responsibility, ready to leave the kitchen to come and supervise the service, always checking the continuity of the service by immediate provision of any missing dishes. He is available to help certain authorities for the service, surrounded by collaborators very attentive to the needs of the customers. Remarkable are around the Chef, agents like Vinay, Ram, Roma Auy, Amir etc. who make more than enough sure that the needs of the client are fully met. We also noticed the reception staff, in particular Madhiri and all the others, very welcoming, who do not hesitate to leave their position behind the desk to come close and better listen to you where you are, also showing great flexibility and courteous treatment. with great respect to customers whose reservations have expired. It is not possible to close this review without inviting the hotel management to check the quality of the room maintenance service. There is surely some work to be done at this level. Because it is not conceivable that the housekeepers of the rooms come by and that it is found after their service that the toilet paper, tissue, and the exhausted shower gel have not been replaced, forcing the guest to call the reception for them and ask before you get them. This has happened several times, especially for a Guest member of the hotel chain. We also remained dissatisfied with your policy of service of the amenities in the bathroom. We stayed at Sheraton Grand Dubai Sheikh Zayed road and Alkhhory Hotel in Al Barsha 1. Every day we had the set of amenities to which we are entitled. At Four Points, amenities are served once every 2 to 4 days. Example. Room 1409 was served as body milk 4 days ago. At the beginning I claimed and immediately I was served. Since then, I don't ask anymore. Please ask your agents to serve every day all the bath accessories to which we are entitled. We are not asking for a favour, but simply what is expected to be put in each room each day. In the same room, bar code boxes are missing for in-room orders. I had to call the reception who informed Ram to provide one and take the order before going downstairs. In total, the general impression remains a great satisfaction, except for the housed keeping service to be reviewed so that I put to Four Points 5/5.
