From a warm welcome from Emmanuel, responsible for front door security, to Adelaida, Assemgul and Sid, ever patient professionals in charge of the front desk, to Ms Roma, in the Library Café. A special thanks Mr Mina, the Yasmina restaurant manager always looking after your every need and his polite and proactive team: recently promoted Ms Puja; Mr Sharad, chef extraordinaire; Maharti, Aman, Ankush, Pande, Moamen, Lyra, Erna and many others. Not to forget Ms Elsi and Chef Aungsoe in the Cheek Chan restaurant (worth a separate review in both Google Maps and Trip Advisor) Finally, the efficient and meticulous housekeeping team doing every effort to keep rooms sparkling clean. Very good hotel to stay with family and for business trip. Clan and hygienic rooms. We'll behaved and professional staffs. Check in experience is very good. Rooms are cleaned in regular intervals and all the needs has been done without any delay by housekeeping staff (Milan), really appreciable hospitality service. Well recommended hotel for your future stay in SHJ.

The standard rooms are clean, new, and very spacious. I really enjoyed the Yasmina restaurant where I had dinner every night. Deepa and Ayu were exceptionally friendly and provided top-notch service. Could not stop eating chef Abhishek's fried rice that he prepared fresh in the open kitchen. Would love to come again.

No housekeeping service was offered or provided The IRD and Housekeeping service took almost an hour to deliver the service and we had to call multiple times Balcony not cleaned and is full of filth Rusty and broken balcony door handle A paper was tucked in inside the power socket and hence couldnt be used Patch work on the bathroom ceiling Main shower never worked Charged us for a disposable cutlery set and this was never advised upon check-in. Moreover, we had to call several times and it arrived after an an hour. (An information letter upon check-in is recommendable) damaged ceiling in the bedroom near AC vent Phone calls were not attended within the first 3 rings

It was a great 5 day experience. Staff was very cooperative. Muhammad Adeel Siddiuqe assisted us and made our stay easy. Swimming pool facilities were quality. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Will visif again definitely for more memorable days ✌🏻

It was an excellent experience. Staff is very polite and respectful. Food was also delecious. Well experienced staff. Mr. Siddiqui was an excellent Crew member. Mr. Hassan is also a good worker all team members at restaurants are very professional.

Staff was kind and helpful. Mr Ashiq and Mr Trilokchan from technical staff went out of their way to help me. Appreciate it. Food was tasty. Rooms were clean. Gym can add few weights and few curling bars. Thank you for a wonderful stay
