Nice comfortable room on 15th floor which was quiet as per my request. Reception staff were helpful and accommodating including for a late check-out. Breakfast was limited but Ahlem was very helpful and did her best to including making a nice espresso.

Coming for business propose for a week and choose this the most convenient hotel just right beside the convention centre. Would recommend book along the breakfast cause it has great variety of choices and Mariel, Alan and Janaki are amazing waiter and waitresses. Having them to serve we can’t complain. Just don’t do the Italian night on Friday.

I've been staying over a month in this Novotel. The restaurant is very good and Ahlam at the restaurant has always brouth a big touch of professionality and joy every dinner. She makes the difference and we were very thankful to have her taking care of us. Staff is professional. We had some issues promptly professionaly fixed by the Manager. Laudry needs to be usually requested in order to have it back. My room AC sometimes was releasing some cigarette smoke smell. Overall an excellent staying and will surely be back. THANKS ALL

I had wonderful experience at Novotel.The rooms were clean, very comfortable and food was excellent. Every staff member I encountered, from the front office to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Highly recommend Novotel for anyone who visiting Sharjah.
