We really liked the level of service at the hotel. Any issues were resolved instantly, the pension is incredibly friendly. Special thanks would like to express Jade. I had a wonderful experience with the Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, Reception Valet, cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. we been there for 4 days , rooms are nice spacious and clean, but washroom are not good enought to be a 4 star hotel, i can't shower in very small space. also bathing tub was cracked. although hotel staff are very good except reception staff. restaurant area is very tight and not enough space for a family to have breakfast or dinner together. i will recommend this hotel for the money value.

That was very great experience in this apartment. Specially the room service provided by nepalese sisìer Sushma, she was very carefull and active her service. The overall security system was amazing. The room is dirty, cockroaches!!! It’s deeply frustrated. The curtains are dirty and with squirrel paint, the curtains did not open, very dark rooms. The view from the kitchen window to the construction site, all the windows are dirty. The balcony is not accessible and terribly dirty, the room with the balcony is very noisy. The furniture in the bathroom was rotten from dampness. The toilet was not flushed (almost every day they were repaired). The bathroom is small and smeared all over with sealant and silicone. Luminaires coated with glue-like substance. The TV did not turn off, as the remote control was broken. The mirrors at the entrance to the room were with fingermarks. A lot of mosquitoes in the room and in the parking lot, The parking lot is negligible and there is a very high probability of scratching the car. You have to queue to get breakfast. "All good", status property just in front of crowdy Sahara center with spacious rooms, hygiene, Effective washroom faucets and effecient WIFI. Hassle free check in but patience testing checkout as asked us to sit at front office as they need to get certain clearance from remote ?? team.
