The worst hotel we’ve stayed at, the reception staff need training on how to speak to people. The rooms were not clean, this is NOT a 4* hotel more like 2*. The bathroom was awful. They give 2 bottles of water any extra you have to pay for, also 2 towels. The pictures dont look nothing like the hotel! We requested a cot and there was a whole and it was dirty. The hotel manager needs to be fired! She’s absolutely rubbish!!!!

Literally the worst hotel in UAE I ever stayed. We stayed there only because there was a weekend and public holidays, so many hotels were sold out and we didn’t have another option. I didn’t even think that this kind of hotel exists in this country even. It’s not 4* hotel at all, I would give it 2 stars as maximum. The property is very old and very poor when it comes to housekeeping. First they gave us a room which is connected to other, and you can hear every single move and sound on what’s happening in next room, no privacy at all! The cupboard was broken as well, when we requested to change the room, they told that hotel is fully booked, however after we complained they changed a room, at least thanks for that. But still a room wasn’t clean, there are stains on bed, there is even leftovers from a food under the bed!! Unbelievable!! There is a leakage from AC in the washroom and water is everywhere on a floor because of it. Breakfast is poor and they don’t even have a Normal coffee such as latte or cappuccino, they serve guests with Nescafé 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Not all staff is wearing masks in the restaurant in the middle of pandemic! Everything is dirty in the restaurant and seems no one cares about it. Only the one restaurant is open and the lounge which they have photos on booking.com isn’t functioning (as per the staff it only opens for special events🤦🏻‍♀️). Pool is just so bad that I even couldn’t enter it, because of a smell and plus it’s inside the building. I won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!

I will summarize my review in few points : 1- The worst reception you will ever see. 2- Utilities are not clean. 3-AC is either freezing or off. 4-Bed wasn't leveled because it has broken legs, i had to put stuff under the bed to level it. 5-There's smell of Shisha (Hookah) all over the place. I can go on small details but i wanted to focus on the big issues.

Honestly this is my first time ever writing a hotel review and I usually wouldn't care less. But this has been so HORRIFIC that I felt that no one else should go through this. Mold on the wall, blood on the pillow, the floor mat is sticky and filled with weird stains, carpet is burnt from an iron, bathtub is all cracked up and shower curtain used to be white back in the 80's. The supposedly fresh white towel has a black stain in the middle of it and the forceiling drips water when you turn the AC on. Just enjoy the pictures and decide if you ever wanna come here.

I chose the hotel based on family advice. It is too close to their home. Unfortunately, location was the only good thing about this hotel! It’s the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! Bathroom and shower were miserable (became yellow). I was forced to ask them to clean them everyday twice. Towels were too old and a bit shredded!! Once, there was a whole in the bed sheet caused by a cigarette but they are still using it. We saw many insects in the bathroom! Sometimes, they were cleaning but not leaving new towels! We had to call them many times to remind them. I complained almost on a daily basis. I tried to check out the second day but they refused to return any money! I don’t recommend Aryana Hotel to any one!!

Got a very good room with a view of the Corniche! If only the Eye of the Emirates was not transferred it would have been perfect. Nevertheless, it was a good one and accessible to almost everything in the city whether you take a walk to the near Al Qasba or take a taxi ride to the Megamall.
