Room was very clean and beds were made perfectly. Bathroom was also cleaned very well. The room was also sprayed with some aroma spray. When we came back from beach everything was set up perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay.

the hotel which claims to be 4 stars barely reaches 2. rooms horrible ocean dirty noise very loud no beach acsess after 10 rat traps right infront of rooms no hot water in room 272 no ability leave even door open

Amazing location, clean beach, friendly staff, room service on high level. Fast solving of any issues. Awesome experience. And also free entrance to Al Khan beach (500 metres). P.s. Monir and the Chef are the best! :)

If you're looking for a n affordable, holiday resort style holiday and you have children, this hotel could be ok. The beds are cheap, you have to pay extra for water at the lunch and dinner buffet. The food tastes like canteen food.

The whiole famiiy enjoyed the stay Would prefer more Halal type of swimming pool or Beach area in future being a Muslim. Would be nice if the price costs included all meals. Better and more shuttle service to Dubai Was always booked in advance so I had to get my own private Taxi

Hotel is very old the rooms are dark dull and uninviting. The staff need more training on how to deal with guests. breakfast needs to be kept clean. The only pleasant thing about the hotel is the beach and that’s it. Too expensive for what they offer.
