Al Majaz Premier Inn is my favourite hotel. It is amazing. It is right next to a river and we can see it from our enormous balcony. It was my favourite hotel because we didn't have to get 2 rooms. We were all together in 1 apartment. That was amazing. As well as that, It had such a good pool at the top of the building. It was so warm and cosy. I recommend this hotel to all of you. It is my favourite hotel.

The hotel is no longer like it was 2 and 3 years ago Cleaning was not good Housekeeping staff were friendly but not professional Housekeeping manager has very bad attitude and doesn't have the bare minimum in dealing with guests One of the reception staff is so unfriendly and looks has racial discrimination In brief I don't recommend this hotel to anyone unless the management did big changes

A beautiful hotel apartment located infront of a lovely Khalid lagoon / waterfront. This waterfront is a nice place to take an early morning walk or evening stroll. There is lovely park and children play ground just infront of the hotel. The place is having a number of cafes and restaurants. The hotel apartment is very spacious, comfortable and with well equipped kitchen. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a stunning view of the waterfront. The hotel is having adequate car parking spaces in 4 floors with direct access to the rooms with the use of entry key card. Carrefour is just across the road. In addition, few groceries shops available on either side of the hotel. In addition, pharmacies and Masjid are also nearby. The hotel is having free WiFi which is fairly strong. The room service food was not great. Too oily and not so tasty. The staff are friendly. The few minor issues we had are : the poor lighting in the rooms, curtains can not be easily drawn whilst opening / closing, windows require cleaning, some minor maintenance checks needed as one of our WC was not flushing. Taking shower in a bathtub not so adequate. In summary, a perfect place for a family stay. Will definately be staying here whenever back in Sharjah.…

The good: As much as we didn't eat there, the stay was great. In terms of the location it is everything they say it is; 20 minutes from the airport, a walk away from a major pharmacy, various eateries and a major mall. Also various shops were very nearby as well. There is also a superb park right across which let us cycle, do our exercises and have the kids play. That was priceless. The rooms were great. The master is quite spacious. The only issue we had is that they couldn't replace the master bed which is a double, into 2 single beds (we were a family of four adult ladies) The staff are amazingly helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Jane especially was brilliant. The views from the 9th floor are AMAZING. The not-so-good: Well, the bathtub in the bathrooms weren't cleaned thoroughly although I don't know how fair that is as we never brought it up. On one night they delivered room amenities we had earlier asked for past midnight, which was very unorthodox.…

Very poor customers services namely of the hotel manager Mohammed Ibrahim and Amer front desk and they were disrespctiful to me and wife. They banned us from entering the room for the forth week of extension till I get paid in advance the extended nights and they locked the room knowing all our stuff are inside. I had to call the police for them as there was no proper decsion maker rather than the ride guy Mohammed Ibrahim. Additionally, there are defects in the apartment and basic service not functioning.

My cousin was visiting me for half an hour, hotel front manager Hasan hamdi refused to let him park in hotel for 30 mins, he was unprofessional and parking spots were available and not occupied for many hours. Mr Hasan Hamdi has a Lack of professionalism and very poor communication skills with visitors and guests.

We stayed at a two bedroom flat as two couples with two children. It's very spacious. Hotel is easy to reach from main road. Kitchen has sufficient tools. Two and a half bathroom. Free parking. Cons are; rooms need some refurbishment. Blankets were stinky. Air condition cools only. At January and February you need some heat. Next building is only 5 meters away and that's the only thing you can see if you booked standart rooms.

This hotel apartment is one of the best in Sharjah. The location is excellent and the view from the hotel is beautiful. Restaurant, pharmacy, store all are within walking distance. Walking in the park or the lake is a very nice walk. All in all good staff and they have parking floors so your car is safe.

Visited October 2017 and must say it was the perfect hotel for me and my family. It was a lot better than i had expected, room was fully equipped. The hotel boasts a perfect view of Al Majaz Park. Sharjah mall is a short walking distance with a few food joints. If traveling around and going into Dubai, i'd recommend a car especially if you have children. Will be staying here again in Oct 2018
