Good hotel, but room services staff not good when I called to room service the staff answer like yes what you want? when I asked his name he argue too much (end of call I asked him again and he mention Parera as I remember) , I did mistake to asked his name, When I asked him regarding food (around 12:30am) as per him there is only 2 items like shawarma / sandwich and will take 45 to 60 minutes. to much.

We ooked 3rooms from 2 july to 5july we were told we could do lste check.our flight was at 10pmfrom bangkok. They charged us 600bhatt for checking out4 hours late. Old fashioned room with no good channells. What will you watch.? No english /indian channel all chinese/thai news channels. Restaurant mgr was good hotel recption one girl was very rude. In all the rooms there is water problem. All the rooms are smoking rooms. Food is poor & very expensive luckily there are 3 familymRts right at the entfy gate.you can bring stuff from there. The firstdayhou cleaning threw my luggage down nmy laptop bag on it.fortunatelymhlaptopwasnt inside otherwise itwouldhvebroken.

Very good hotel and value for money. Location was convenient. Food was nice. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Decent kitchen and fridge. WiFi was good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good place for an economical stay.

The location of the hotel is great to start exploring Sharjah. The hotel building kinda old but the room is spacious and real value for money. The hotel offers food room service as well as buffets. There's free WiFi, basic cable tv in Arabic, English, Hindi and Russian languages, and lots of free parking.

I had to stay at Nova Park for some work in sharjah. The staff at the hotel was very caring and cooperative. The food was really delicious. The comfort level was high and I was almost feeling at home. The cost of stay was also very reasonable.

Nice property. Good for friends to enjoy hotel experience . I think its value for money because we are paying only that much and dont expect too much lexury from them but its really nice. Go for it guys.

Nothing special, cleanliness issue, old furniture. The A/C is so annoying... it sounds like we are inside in a big machine, I could not sleep because of the sound. The room was not comfortable at all, the toilet is damage some broken line was there.

It was with great expectations I arrived at the hotel and the reality was different. They asked for the full payment in advance on arrival and kept my passport in custody after effecting the payment in full!! It is an old facility with lot of space but the things are not updated for the current expectations of the customers. There were no necessary supplies like tea, coffee, sugar etc. The towels were looking bad since it is used for longer than its life time. And finally when I checked out, they were asking me to wait for verification of the room before allowing me to leave the hotel. I feel it is a decade old practice in places like UAE.

Upon arrival we were quickly settled on the 7th floor in room 706, overlooking the Crystal Plaza. Passports are taken off. Room is new. It consists of three rooms - kitchen, hallway, bedroom. The third man was given a small cot - for high it will be inconvenient, but it is a third bed. There were minor problems with the toilet drain, but in general everything worked. Small refrigerator. Immediately asked to remove mini-bar there - completed within half an hour. When you check in, ask to teach you how to use the safe. Outlets have three plug - take adapter from reception. We took meals HB. It is possible to change dinner for lunch. Breakfast - so so. Potatoes, sausages, scrambled eggs. Natural juices, fruit - watermelon only. From pastries - muffins. Lunch - not bad. Many kinds of meat, two kinds of fish soup. Dinner - luxurious. Seven kinds of salads, five kinds of meat, five types of desserts and watermelon. They are fed up to the last visitor. After the tour, we ate in 23 - 00. On the beach (Golden Beach Motel) there is free shuttle bus from 7-15. Towels should be taken before departure. On the beach you need to take a pass at the Reception. Sunbeds mostly semi sedentary and very old, cracked, but you can lie. Sunbeds a lot, but the last bus arrived at 8:30 they will not get it. The water is warm in November, but once in seven days, there was a strong storm - putting up nobody. Guilty pulled out of the water and sent back to the hotel - on this beach were unpleasant incidents. In this case, you can only swim in the pool. Return shuttle is from 11-30. The specificity of the hotel is connected with a large number of tourists from the CIS. 1. At breakfast, everyone wants to come to 7-00 to catch the first bus. It Builds a crowd of people 80 and begins a rally, and then marathon. While everyone will eat half an hour passes. So those who are late for 5 minutes have to wait. 2. Wishing to hoot the first bus too many people appeared. At the beginning small bus arrived. Granny wants to ride a bus standing up, but the driver does not allowed to do so.…

Pics are old, doesn't look the same. In the toilet, (flush area) kinda dusty, it is not noticeable when far. For the wifi, front office staff told me that max of 2 devices I can use which contradicts to their description that wifi is available in all areas, free of charge. Also, the envelope in the room, looks like someone stepped on it.
