I made my booking through Agoda for a two bedrooms apartment. I came from AbuDhabi drove for almost two hours with 4 kids. When I reached the hotel said that they can not give me the apartment and did not refund my money back. Coming on a weekend we could not find a room in Sharjah on a busy weekend. Had to go back to AbuDhabi and the manager promised to transfer our money back. Nothing happened so far I have contacted Agoda by emails since yesterday and the hotel and nothing happened. Our weekend was ruined the kids are disappointed and my money was not refunded back.

I booked this hotel for 8 days we arrived at the hotel at 3 o clock in the morning and when we went to the room we got shocked of dirty it was we spoke to the reception they told us the manager will come tomorrow in the morning we was very tired so we had a sleep. in the morning my kids was very itchy on the skin and we found the bug bed in our bedroom and I showed to the reception and the manager didn’t turn up too even talk to us , then they sent the housekeeper to clean our room, but we were still unconfident to sleep on that bed but unfortunately we did as we didn’t have any choice was new year eve and we couldn’t left the hotel. After three days waiting to see a manger but we couldn’t seen him , the staff said will change your apartment to a brand new but just wait till 1st Jan and we waited till this date, they took us to view the apartment but we shocked it was same us and we came down to see the manager but unfortunately we couldn’t again. We booked another hotel for the rest of our holiday and they refused to refund us as well but the case is still going on to refund our money.I don’t recommend any one to go to this hotel , it was a worst experience We had ever witnessed. …

Disappointing, because its not really an complete apartment. No washing machine, no iron, internet controlled by coupons not really free as promised. Hotel has dated feel. Sofa was peeled off. Front desk staff was rude lacked basic english skills. Did not acknowledge guests standing in front of them for long time. Also sauna and steam not free. You should mention all these things online. Restaurant pestered to return empty plates from room even when we were not finished.

Value for money. Good service. Opposite to Masjid. Good swimming pool. Close proximity to nice hotels, Supermarkets and parks. Close to McDonald's and Subway. Close to bus stop to Dubai. Very good for family

I stayed here in April 2018 during one of my visits and I was definitely disappointed. The air inside the hotel is dense and at times suffocating - total lack of ventilation (light and air circulation) in the common areas. The sofas in the room had bugs and they had to be replaced - the staff however were very quick to replace them when I complained. The location of the hotel is also not great - in the middle of a residential neighborhood and not the best place to stay for someone looking to explore Sharjah. The hotel needs a good renovation to keep up with the times!!!!

I stayed for two nights end of Feb on a business trip. The apartment was clean and the wifi was good speed and good connectivity. Reception staff were polite and helpful, the housekeeping staff were respectful and did a great job. I believe this was great value for money and I would book here again when having business in the Sharjah area.

A very friendly hotel in a great location. It is spotlessly clean and the all staff very helpful. The rooms are air conditioned and have free Wifi. The room was of a decent size for a City centre hotel, with a large shower room. Breakfast selection is good. Would stay here again.
