First we arrived and came to receptionist she told to wait without caring anything after 15 mins she always checked out other guests ignored us that waited for check in every time we ask she always said 1 minute. And after we checked in room wasn’t ready. We had to wait 1.30 hrs to get the room. Moreover we booked for king bed they gave us twin bed and offered to join the bed so we agreed but when we went to the room. No one did anything we had to tell reception again to follow up. We waited for long time every service was so slow have to call at least 2-3 times. Unfortunately, in the bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling we had to waited long time to fix and clean it. After they fixed it leakage again i don’t know how they fix. We tried to call them already .1 night enough for this hotel no more!! Bad service low quality. Staffs service like we ask the room for free and manager can’t do anything useless!! …

Initially allotted for standard room but later shifted to Deluxe room, after complaining room quality. The deluxe room is perfect and spacious, stayed for 6 nights. The front office delay little but polite staff. Very less type of Indian dishes for Breakfast but luckily there are plenty of nearby Indian hotels. I will stay again...

I'm not going to go into it as it's just too much but I will be making a full complaint about this hotel. It's advertised as a 4 star when clearly it isn't. It's a 2 star at best. Terrible rooms. I have taken loads of pics for proof and the toilets are stained there is mold and damp. (Again picture to prove this). This hotel should not advertise as a 4 star it's not fair to guests who end up booking to stay here. The pool is also limited time. So don't expect to come chill by the pool it's closed between 2 and 5pm and even when it's suppose to be open it's not because the person who should be manning it is on a break. Lol. There is only 6 sun beds all the pool so be prepared to sit on the floor. Again photos for proof. Don't stay here if you are looking for a 4 star experience. If you want a 1 to 2 star experience then this is the hotel for you.…

Generally hotel is neat and clean for Middle eastern standard. However hotel tries to rip you off at every possible opportunity. TV has only 3 to 4 english channels very low number for 4 star hotel. Internet was flaky on first day later is it got stabilized. Staff generally is courteous expect two suit wearing gentelmen sitting at reception. who are happy to throw different policies and not help in any way possible. I wanted to talk to their sales manager from reception. They asked me to call at my own expense. Outside food can not be received in room but you've to go reception Morning breakfast is below average specially for Indians. Hotel is full of chinese tourists and breakfast gets very noisy and messy. I requested a spoon and bowl in room which was chargable 20DHS. Laundry is expensive. Food in restaurant is geared towards mostly chinese and russians.…

Perfect location, very near to the mall. The hotel is clean and has a good ambiance that will make you feel comfortable. Very well trained staffs, good hospitality services. Staffs are very helpful. Rooftop pool is amazing. Definitely will come back again and will recommend to my families and friends.

I have traveled More than 100 Countries and stayed in so many hotels, But this Hotel is the Worst Hotel I've been ever, The Ac was terribly hot when the climate outside is 45 degree Celsius, The Arab guy in the Reception has zero Knowledge about the Hotel. The Swimming Pool is a Hoax, The water Hardness can't be tolerate by a normal man. It makes my skin Itchy and the pool attendant attitude as he is doing some charity allowing me to use the facilities which i paid for, The breakfast is rationed and horrible. Oh, My God. For an Omelet is 10 DHS, i think this hotel is making Omelet from golden Eggs. The Rooms smell like Rotten rat and dusty, Carpet have stains as well as the mattress, after all this suffering i want to see the Manager, But he is always busy With meetings He doesn't want to see the guest or resolve complaint, His name is Refat or something, I think he is a Phantom, because Everyone talks about him but No one has really seen Him, He is always invisible. I'll never ever in my dream also visit this Hotel. And i advise all my Fellow travelers in circle to avoid this hotel. It seems the owners are the least bother about the business, and they are just given this hotel to a Phantom manager, Not even Worth 1 Star How it got a 4 star i Still wonder ???…

Good Standard Hotel all amenities are good here , shower / bathroom clean and tidy . bed linen changed daily . AC is perfectly acceptable . Wi - Fi good fast connection .
