A short walk from the ferry station and the close proximity to the historic centre make this an ideal location. The angel theme is carried throughout the property with paintings and drawings on walls. My particular room did not have any windows and felt enclosed despite a large size, but the very pleasant garden and a very nice pool makes...

I went to Posada del angel with my mom and brother and we had a very nice time. There is a nice garden with a clean swimming pool, a gym and a Jacuzzi. Friday was perfect because there weren't many guests. On Saturday and Sunday it was a bit more crowded. It's okay to hang out for some time but...

I had relatively low expectations of this hotel based on the price, so was pleasantly surprised by the pleasant building, layout of the rooms, pool, gym, and extremely helpful staff. We had arrived early on the first ferry from BA after an overnight bus journey, but despite this we were able to leave our baggage and use the bathrooms to...

The staff is so incredibly friendly, the rooms well appointed, the breakfast delicious. The place is also very reasonably priced. There is even a swimming pool! The place is located at a perfectly walkable distance to all the attractions and to the bus station. Electronics were difficult to charge (not many outlets in the room) and I had some problems...

A very different type of small hotel which captured the old Riad like architecture of the Colonia area very well. The room was small but cozy and very clean. We only stayed for a night but we enjoyed the experience very much. Breakfast was funny. The smallest buffet in the world. The two ladies there did keep refilling the plates...

Warm welcome, beautiful funky artwork, a complete delight. Very comfortable room with a good view and a huge bed. Staff worked hard to overcome language barriers. Close to all of old Colonia's main highlights and best eateries. Highly, highly recommended.

Last weekend, with my husband and our two boys, we went to Colonia and spent two nights at Posada del Angel. Since the moment we arrived the staff ran all the possibly extra miles to help us. They were just amazing! Great smile and so kind! Always taking care of the tiniest detail to make us feel at home! We...

The rooms and furnishings are quaint and delightful. Most rooms have a window that opens to the sidewalk, so street noise is evident. However it was quiet at night except for some car doors in early morning. Shower and bathroom are great. Breakfast is the usual pastries and juice, ham and cheese. I talked them into soft-boiling some eggs I...

Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The theme of the place is angels and once you enter there are angels everywhere. Walls and ceiling are all sky blue with lots of angels. Overall design is Angels but without taking away from the "antique" nature of the building and surroundings. Rooms were a bit small, but there was enough space for my...

I stayed here in May 2015 and while it is in a good location near the port and old town, it was lacking in a few areas. The bathroom cleanliness was not up to par - roach in the shower, shower curtain with mildew. The bedspread could have used a good cleaning. The room itself was ok - a little...
