Good hotel, great location. Staff was nice and helpful, done everything we asked for (airport transfer for 350k, ship a box to Europe). They obviously read reviews, our room was newly repainted (so it still smelled quite bad). I recommend paying little extra for double bed. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was really quiet and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I think we had the best shower here during our whole trip in Vietnam. Wifi is decent, the included breakfast was good.

Great location, only 5 minutes walk from the ancient town. Friendly staff. The room is clean, but the bathroom can get really messy. There is a bathtub in the bathroom without any shower curtain. So the bathroom gets really wet and slippery when someone takes shower. There is a locker under each bed, but the locks are usually broken. The...

Had a very nice time at the Hoi Pho hotel. No complaints, really. Good atmosphere, clean rooms, cheap beer, and good breakfast, Very helpful staff, too. Extended my stay by 2 nights I was enjoying Hoi An so much.

Unfortunately the poor state of cleanliness rules out all of the positives in this hotel. I stayed in the dorm room, and my sheets had not been changed - they were stained and wet? There were good crumbs on my bed and the pillow had a tear in it. There was dirt and crumbs all over the floor. It was...

Booked this hotel after reading positive reviews on booking.com. Everything was very average, have paid less for much better rooms/service in other parts of Vietnam. Wifi works well, bed is relatively comfortable, bathroom is quite old, breakfast is underwhelming, location is good

We stayed in a private room, which was pretty small, but enough for us, clean and with access to a big balcony, which was amazing. The staff was very welcoming, even the owner helped us with our luggage and also fixed our tv. All staff was very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for decent budget accommodation...

When we arrived we were upgraded rooms to a private 3 bed dorm, which wasn't the best kept room in itself. The air con didn't work particularly well but the beds were okay. The staff at reception were exceptional in assisting in any questions we had, whilst the breakfast was also good (we had the baguette). The worst part about...

Quite a few flaws with this place. The air con seemed to fail in a few rooms, they had construction done at the early hours causing noise and dust, and the wifi rarely worked. Also the first set of beds we stayed in were rather uncomfortable. Breakfast was good value for the money and it was mostly clean. The staff...

Booked for the dorms but it was full so we were upgraded to a private at no extra charge! The room is very clean and the bed is comfy. Wifi and AC work great. Perfect location, about 5 mins walk to the ancient town. Lots of eateries around. Staffs are extremely helpful in everything. The best thing is the breakfast....
