We stayed her as a family of five with three rooms booked which were all amazing and had great views, we enjoyed our stay so much that we came back a few days later. The pool is fantastic with a view over the river and a garden with some sun loungers next to it. The whole hotel is really clean and I had a great foot massage in the spa. Mr An at the bar made us some fantastic cocktails and we made the most of happy hour, he also made a great salt coffee. Katy and Kelly on reception were fantastic at welcoming us and sorting all sorts of things like checking us in, laundry, tickets for the memories show and taxis. Katy especially was so friendly and booked us a tour to the basket boats. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was really good and the breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of food. We borrowed the free bikes and cycled to the market and to some local seafood restaurants, of all the bicycles that we used in Vietnam these were the comfiest and best maintained, it was unusual to have bikes with brakes that worked and didn't make creaking sounds. Mr Quy was really helpful with the bikes and with our bags. We were a bit disappointed to be charged 100,000 VND for accidentally breaking a glass but understand that those are the rules. We stayed in 6 different hotels during our trip to Vietnam and this was definitely our favourite.

We were very happy with our stay. Our plane was late and Née from the front desk stayed in touch with us to help organise late check in. She helped organise for us in every way whatever we needed.
The hotel is on a picturesque spot on the river surrounded by village and farms. It is a very pretty hotel close to Hoi An old town. You can walk in for about 20 minutes or get the hotel shuttle bus. They also have bikes you can borrow. We also hired a scooter locally which was great.
Breakfast buffet is really high standard and changing some dishes each morning. There is also a restaurant.
Access to Hoi An is brilliant where you will be amazed by the market, restaurants, river boats and variety of excellent food. So many things to see and buy and take photos.
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and I thoroughly recommend it. The ammenities and service were excellent at all times

This place is a haven. The staff are so warm and welcoming especially Stephanie, Kelly and Katy - they allowed us to check in early and arranged transport to and from da nang. The rooms are spacious, and there is a beautiful view of the river from the balcony especially from our 3rd floor room. Pool was great and not very busy so times that we had it all to ourselves. Cocktails and food were very good. Location is about a 20 minute walk from hoi an town which we were happy with as the town is extremely busy and loud at times - they have a shuttle in twice a day and bikes that you can take out. This was my favourite place so far that I've stayed in Vietnam.

I've had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel a short ride out of Hoi An. The facilities and location are wonderful and the staff did their utmost to make everyone feel very special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to dip into the busy streets of Hoi An, yet retreat to a really peaceful corner surrounded by water. You can watch the fishermen on small wooden boats casting their nets while enjoying good food and drink. The hearty breakfasts each day were an added bonus that came with the hotel price. The quality of the design and rooms is of a very high standard. Many thanks to the staff for making this a special stay!

This is the most beautiful hotel we stayed at during our two week trip in Vietnam. The attention to detail made us thoroughly enjoy our stay here: The building materials used and the style of the rooms & facilities made this hotel feel really special. The super friendly staff, the delicious breakfast and the additional services offered were the icing on the cake. I definitely recommend staying here.

The location was difficult to find as the address brought as to a random stop in the highway, and we did not realize we had to walk down an alley to get to hotel entrance. Apparently there is another way but our taxi had a difficult time locating it. I suggest updating your address information online or providing booked guests with tips or instructions on how to get there.
Other than the address information, the staff was very friendly and can communicate well in English. Great view of the river and lovely small infinity pool with bar. The room was well-appointed. The place is far from old town but it’s an enjoyable bike ride with free bikes from the hotel. We also tried the spa and sauna and were satisfied with the service. Over all we really enjoyed our quiet stay and we would be happy to go back.

The staff are exceptional here. Kelly helped us throughout our stay and was ready to take care of whatever we needed. Everyone else is just as friendly and helpful and make sure to cater to whatever works best for your trip.
The hotel itself is beautiful, a perfect smaller size place. The rooms have plenty of space for two people and are very well taken care of.
Would highly recommend staying here, just be aware that you will need some sort of transport to get into the old town especially in the summer heat.

This hotel experience was absolutely perfect. The staff are the most adorable staff one could ever find. They were so caring and looked after our every need, especially when my wife was unwell for a day or so. The location is also perfect as it is only a 10 minute cycle to the old town, and having breakfast or lying by the pool overlooking the river is magnificent. We actually stayed in this hotel in two separate occasions because we liked it so much.

The reception staff was very polite and kind. When explaining things, they not only spoke but also used materials, so it was easy to understand. I ended up asking for my laundry late at night, but they took care of it and returned it to me the next day neatly folded. The room and bed were clean and tidy. The refrigerator was well stocked. Breakfast was served both indoors and on the terrace, so I was able to enjoy my meal while enjoying the breeze on the terrace. Perhaps because there are only a few rooms, it was generally quiet and peaceful. Thank you very much.
