This was the perfect place for us to stay in Hoi An! The room we had was beautiful and spacious, with a private terrace that had a bath tub/shower on it. The staff is very attentive and friendly, and quite happy to set up transportation and make recommendations about where to shop, eat, and visit. They also like to ask...

We loved this place, very friendly staff. Top location, only few minutes to the old quarter. Definitely recommend this nice home stay. Breakfast was served next to the pool. Having that pool was a great option to relax before we went to the old town for dinner. Really enjoyed it!

Reviewer: two Canadians who've been in Vietnam for three weeks before eating here. Tea Garden is located on Tran Hung Dao Street, a major street at the edge of the old town and where you may find yourself scoping out tailors to make custom made clothes. We decided to try Tea Garden as the hostess of the restaurant was polite...

We really loved this homestay in Hoi An. We got a wonderful room with a large comfortable bed, a nice clean bathroom, a large balcony with a huge tub that fits up to four people, and a table and chairs for entertaining. The young girl who works at the front desk was so nice and very helpful with anything we...

Just popped in for drink during the morning, but were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, we decided to return for dinner. The staff were just as friendly; they catered for my wife's various food allergies; the food was excellent and very inexpensive. If we were to return to Hoi An we would definitely consider staying here, based...

My mom and I stayed at the tea garden during Tet. It was my third time in Hoi An and wanted to stay near the town. The Tea Garden was the perfect place to stay. My mom and I were able to walk to everything. We loved our room and the grounds of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly....

We loved this welcoming homestay. It is situated on the very edge of the old town and has space around it. Breakfast is served in a covered outdoor area in the garden and beside the swimming pool. It has a very relaxing feel. The rooms are nice. It is clean and comfortable and the staff are just lovely.

The Tea Garden staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to rent bikes (a must in Hoi An) to ride to the beach, which is easy from their place. We also got a scooter through them the next day, which was available right outside our door. The walk to the historic center, tourist locations, and endless recommended restaurants...

Our stay at Teagarden was perfect. The girls running it was so kind and attentive, and the place was lovely. It is in the middle of the city, but it was nice and quiet in the evening, except for the sound from dogs and toads. We stayed in two different rooms, both very nice. If we ever come back we...
