Really enjoyed this hotel. Lovely breakfast (try the banana pancakes made fresh to order!!) and very nice environment: pool and breakfast terrace above a pond, with lots of birds (king fisher, heron, etc.). (Note: bring your mosquito repellent!) Very pretty and spacious rooms with small balcony, large and comfy bathroom. Downside: room was not very clean (floor and shelves were...

We booked for 2 nights and extended our stay for 7 nights. We chose a room with a view of the Spinach field- really peaceful and beautiful. The manager, Ahn, looked after us and made our stay special. A lady with a very dry sense of humour. Would definitely return.

This little hotel didn't live up to our expectations based on what we read online about it. We were in Hoi An for three nights as part of a honeymoon trip, which I made sure to tell the hotels we were staying in. We were given a room with 2 single beds, and when I pointed out my note that...

The best thing about this hotel is that it is a short walk away from Old Town and relatively quiet. It backs up to a morning glory paddy, so try to get a room in the back with a window and balcony. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The staff is nice and accommodating and the breakfast...

Ahn - the front desk receptionist/manager Is by far, the most considerate, loyal, employee i have seen in many years of travel. She is there in early 6 AM greeting us, and still there with a smile at 11 pm closing time! Cooking omelets to order for the spectacular breakast, booking flights for us, everything! The staff is well managed!...

We extended our stay to 8 days in two different rooms. The last days in the family room. Both room very perfect but the family room was great with lots of space. The breakfast was perfect including Vietnamese chooses or western. The owner An played the role as hotel owner in a very friendly way. I was sick 2 days,...

There are a lot of negatives I could write about this place but honestly, Ann has made me forgive most of them! She is a gem in an otherwise disappointing hotel. I am pretty sure we could have found something better for the money but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. In summary: Cons: lunch (local food) was pretty poor, very...

Hoi An is an an amazing place but just full of tourists. This hotel offers a respite from the crowds. Gentle and kind staff. Nice rooms and a wonderful balcony at the back overlooking water spinach fields. All this plus a good breakfast and a swimming pool and only ten minutes from the center of town - great place.

We have just stayed four nights at this small hotel. Good location and about 15 mins down to the river. We ate at restaurants round about and the food was good. The hotel is quirky and very attractive with much of the areas open to the outside. We had a room with a balcony facing the road- not noisy for...

Hotel is located an easy 5 - 10 minute walk from the old quarter. Very helpful and friendly, if a little lacking in English (but then again I don't speak Vietnamese!). Through the hotel we booked the sunrise tour to My Son and were told to be in foyer at 5 am only to be woken at 4.15 as the...
