I visited Hoi anh with My Mum for 5 days and we stayed here the whole time. It's a small and pretty hotel with a guesthouse feel to it. The rooms are clean and an ideal size. Showers were great. Dao on reception is fantastic - very helpful and honest. Actually all the staff are very sweet and helpful which...

A stay of two halves: the first being terrible; the second being ok, hence the neutral rating. On the basis of reviews on TripAdvisor, we decided to stay here and tried to book directly with the hotel. Despite contacting them several times, we had no response, so we booked through Expedia. When we arrived the receptionist greeted us with a...

Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are decorated so tastefully, huge room for only $30. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is buffet - great variety. Centrally located and good internet.

My family and I spent two weeks in Vietnam over the Christmas period and it was by far the best holiday we have ever had. We particularly loved Hoi An and the Thien Thanh hotel made our stay very special. On arrrival we were given our rooms and my husband and I had a lovely and light room overlooking the...

We stayed at Thien Thanh Hotel for 4 nights in January and enjoyed it a lot. We chose it for the pool which our daughter loved and we found it a good place to stay. Our room on the second floor overlooked the rice field and the small balcony was a relaxing place to sit at the end of the...

we booked a superior room, first night they gave us a room in 1st floor, it was very very noisy, you could hear everybody arriving to the reception desk, every door, etc. They changed our room the day after, they gave us a room at the top floor, which was MUCH better than the previous one. Apparently both of them...

The hotel was quite nice with very friendly staff. Good points: breakfast, friendly staff, nice view of rice fields, cleanliness, excellent restaurant down the street ("Candlelight" restaurant - [--]. Some of the best food we had in Vietnam.) Negative points: Lots of ants in the closet, noisy room facing street (but we were able to change to a quiet room...

We stayed at the Thien Thanh for two nights over new year's eve this year. We had a decent experience, neither bad nor incredibly good. The most important things for us are cleanliness of the room and comfortability of the bed. When we checked in, we were only given the option of 2 twin beds or a very dark room...

Thien Thanh was a good choice, but it was bad to experience that you can actually negotiate a better price on arrival than booking in advance. The hotel is one of the nicest we have stayed in, with swimming pool and the breakfast terrace overlooking a lake.Rooms are high standard and very clean. We had mixed experience with the staff and...
