My two sisters and I stayed at the Thien Thanh earlier this summer. Upon our arrival we were told that they were "making the floors" - we thought this was a bad translation at first - but no they actually were making the floors in our room - they were laying a beautiful new wooden floor in record speed. We...

I have been to Vietnam 7 times in the last 10 years and stayed all over. This is the absolute best hotel I have stayed in. The staff were so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. We needed to change ongoing, flights book tours and it was all handled with no fuss and nothing was too much trouble. We...

If you are looking for a small, cosy, clean and well-run hotel, then this hotel is for you. The staff is warm and friendly, and we would stay here again in a mega-second. Note that it is not in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Hoi An shopping, and gives one a respite from the town without being...

I honestly don't see why everyone raves about this place. We spent three nights there Aug 13-16. We had room 402 overlooking the fields. Yes, it was a nice view. The air conditioning isn't up to par, could be because there are cracks in the door going out to the balcony allowing the cold air to escape. The pool is...

We stayed in this hotel for three days and had a very nice visit. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and lovely with good beds and linens. There was wifi internet available in the lower rooms and good satellite TV selection. There was not free breakfast but it was cheap (like all food in Vietnam) and tasty. The coffee we...

We loved this Hotel. Small and Cosy. The rooms are very tastefully decorated. The rooms looking over the fields are great. Wooden bathtub a real plus. Very friendly staff Dao and Sleepy Girl speak very good English and were able to organise anything we wanted with a good price. We will not bother looking for anywhere else to stay in...

Great hotel! Probably not the cheapest one in town, but surely worth its money! Competent and friendly staff, center within walking distance, very quiet , clean swimming pool, nice terrace and good breakfast (if you have room with balcony, you can even have your breakfast on your balcony) - highly recommendable!

We stayed for a week at Thien Thanh and had the most wonderful time. We loved the room, big and modern, with beautiful bathroom. The service was incredible - all the staff were so lovely. The breakfast was delicious and plentyful. There is even a small pool in a beautiful garden setting. The town itself is gorgeous and having a...

My wife and I stayed here in June for 3 nights to take our time exploring Hoi An after 3 busy days running around the streets of Hanoi. The staff at Thien Thanh made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the kind, laid back atmosphere of the hotel which made it an inviting place to return to after a...
