As many others have said, staying at Ha An was a fantastic experience. Every aspect from arriving to our transfer to the airport at the end was great. The bedroom was really beautifully prepared with rose petals and cut flowers when we arrived. Each time we returned to the hotel, we were greeted with a smile - like a 5...

We took trip advisor's recommendations in staying at this hotel. I read a lot of the reviews and only agreed with the positive ones. It is a beautiful place. The rooms are small but very adequate with large bathrooms and anything you could possibly need in your room. The grounds were beautiful and found location very convenient on edge of...

i loved staying at this hotel. although it had started on a bad foot -- my transfer from the hotel wasn't there when i arrived at the train station although he said he was -- he and the hotel staff apologized personally and gave me a discount on the transfer back to the station. Breakfast was great. They had a...

This hotel was a fantastic place to stay during our 3 nights in the beautiful town of Hoi An. The hotel staff collected us from where the bus dropped us off even though it was only round the corner. We were upgraded on arrival to a beautiful garden room with it's own private entrance. The room was lovely inside. Staff...

This hotel has a very late check in (at 2 pm) so be ready to wait for your room upon arrival. Positives: Attractive building, nicely decorated & quiet rooms, free bicycles and good and big breakfast. Negatives: very poor internet connection (do not stay here if you need the internet. You have to go to the balcony on the 2nd...

This was the third time at the Ha An and the staff, service and all amenities were again very good. Location is excellent . This time we experienced a flood in the town which cut us off at the hotel for everything unless you hired a boat! The staff were very helpful and relocated most of the guests who wished...

Stayed at the Ha An for 4 nights during November. Was booked for 5 nights but had to be evacuated one morning via long boat due to flooding, to a hotel outside town. To my amazement, things were pretty much back to normal within 24 hours. The room with walk out to the garden was lovely. Lots of nice little...

We arrived in Hoi An as flood waters were just receding. Driver could not get to hotel as street was under 500mm of water. A phone call to hotel bought a wooden boat to our van and we were all ferried to the hotel. Reception staff were apologetic, for while there was power there was no running water... The hotel...

A beautiful gem in an otherwise tourist busy small town. Everything about the Ha An is perfect, from the rose pedals sprinkled on the bed and floor, to the gardens, and the silk robes. The staff are fantastic, helpful, friendly, engaging. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. Great location too.
