My sister and I have just finished a five day stay at Ha An Hotel. It has been a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing time. The hotel did so much to make us feel welcome, requests were not a problem, the room detailing immaculate, the gardens beautiful and breakfast a feast (if you wanted one!) For the price and the very...

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Ha An for a long weekend in Hoi An. We wanted to stay within walking distance of town instead of out at the big resorts on the beach. We were a little leery about the hotel quality staying right in town. We needn't have worried with the Ha An! The hotel...

Stayed at the Ha An over the Christmas / New Year period 2010 /11. The room was adequate, the breakfast (included) was good, but and the location was great. But for the first few days I didn't get why we were paying at least twice the going rate. By the third or fourth day sitting in the grassed courtyard, having...

We stayed here in May 2011. On arrival we were given faceclothes to refresh with and a beautiful fresh juice to relax and with in the gardens, we were made to feel at home straight away. We stayed here 4 nights in a Superior Garden suite. Our room was tidied daily and were supplied with fresh fruit and bottled water...

Wow is our first impression of this Hotel. We read the reviews & I think some people blame hotels for things that are out of the hotels control. This hotel is amazing from the very minute of walking in. We were greeted at the front gate by the receptionist girl who I had spoken to on the phone to book...

The hotel was very beautiful and to a great location. 5mins walk from the town which was better for us since it was more quiet. The breakfast was superb!!!!!! Really Really loved the breakfast!!! The staff was super friendly although we found it a bit hard to communicate with the reseptionist. Not that we had a problem with anything but...

Location was perfect. Quiet but close to the old town with great eating places close by. Staff helpful with attention to detail. Flowers in the room were a nice touch as was the nightly treat. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of variety. We loved it there.

Pros: -Excellent location, on the edge of the old town -Good buffet-breakfast with a wide choice of dishes -nice garden and patio in front of the rooms that allow you to sit outside (also when it's raining) Cons: -Next to the hotel is some sort of government office which loudly broadcasts over speakers (god-awful) music and propaganda from 5 AM...

Lovely hotel in every way. The most convenient location. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast with Vietnamese and western food each morning (included in price). Only possible downside is that they have no pool but if you want to swim you can bike to the beach. Bikes available free from the hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June '11. It was one of the pricier places in Hoi An but it is a pleasant place to spend a few days. The hotel is based around a pretty courtyard. Nice breakfast and free bikes for getting around the town (otherwise a 5 minute walk to Old Town). One criticism - our...
