I highly recommend this hotel for couple or group traveller - location is good and room looks new! Only one thing: one guy receptionist is too friendly to offer company to go for sight seeing but I felt unsafe with that knowing I'm travelling alone. Just better safe than sorry! Cheeeers =D

Hotel was close to the canals, restaurants, and markets. It was very clean and had a nice bathroom. The concierge gave us good directions, maps and eating locations. Air conditioner worked very well and we had cable TV (in English) Yay! We were very happy with our stay

This hotel is located in a great location and walking distance to everything. We found the room to be clean, although a bad smell of the drains came from the bathroom and the receptionist suggested this happened whenever there was a lot of rainfall in Hoi An. Apart from this, we found our stay to be pleasant.

We came to Vietnam for a short week trip and randomly found this hotel we were only planning to stay for a day but ended up staying most of the week. Thanks to the beautiful city that we fell in love with and most importantly the amazing staff !! They made us feel at home, almost like we had family...

This small hotel was my "home" in Hoi An for 7 days. Location is excellent, in the Old Town, minutes away from the riverfront, the Market, and sights. The hotel is small with limited rooms, which is a big plus in my view. My room was spacious, high ceilings, huge bed, fridge, air con, tv, hanging and shelf space. Windows...

What I thought was only a problem concerning my stay seems to have happened to another reviewer here. Most of the staff were kind and somewhat professional, as you would expect, however, one took the cake for being the most abhorrent person I had met in my month in Vietnam. Upon entering the Thanh Binh I hotel, this man was...

The room isn't as nice as the photos depict like for example the bathroom walls had mould and there was a smell of mildew- I guess they can't be helped when the area has a lot of rain. The size of the room was great and the location couldn't be better. We were only told on the last morning of...

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was discomfortable: smelly sheets, ugly room (the photos in internet are NOT the real ones), crazy loud sounds at night and day and, as icing on the cake, they even don't serve breakfast in their building but you have to walk to another hotel every morning to have a terrible terrible breakfast (the...

If you are a single female traveller, AVOID this hotel. Within five minutes of reaching the hotel, one of the staff asked unwarranted questions about my relationship status and if I would be willing to spend the night together. Although the facilities of the hotel were ok, and it was really close to old town, this sort of behaviour by...

We had booked two rooms here. While the location was great, the rooms definitely were not. Both were musty and smelly, and one of them definitely hadn't been cleaned since the sheets smelled of urine making it absolutely impossible to sleep on them. We asked to have a different room for the night since it was too late to go...
