The location, the room, the breakfast, and the service of the lady at the front desk were all wonderful. I'll definitely come back to stay here again. The hand shower in the room could no longer be fixed, so it would be a good idea to fix it.

Our family enjoyed 4 nights at Lantana Boutique Hotel around Christmas. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we couldn’t fault the service. The room was always clean when we came back after a day’s activities.
The location is wonderful, at the edge of ancient town with a short stroll to the heart of ancient town with all its bustling charm, the Japanese Bridge and all the restaurants and shops.
The reception girls were most helpful with recommendation for and booking of restaurants and tours. Of special mention was Sally, the manager. Our son run out of his special medicine which was not available locally. Sally spent a long time searching the net and calling different pharmacies in Danang to source it for us and helped us explain to the driver. She ensured some supplies were held by the pharmacy, gave her number so we could call her, this was after check out on our way to the airport. She really went above and beyond her duty to do this for us- the effort and attention to detail. Anyone else would have given up much earlier.
Because of kindness shown by her and her team, we would stay at the hotel again if we were to visit Hoi An again.
We had the river view room which is highly recommended. It’s lovely to watch lanterns lit up in the evenings and wake up to cool morning breeze and see how locals start their day on the bank on the other side of the river.
Breakfast whilst not amazing had all the things you need to start the day, and a live cooking station where you can get eggs how you like and beef pho/ other noodle soups (different for different days).

We had a nice room on the top floor overlooking the river and town, only 5 minute walk from the night market and old town, but far enough from the hustle and bustle to be very quiet and peaceful. The hotel had a good breakfast buffet and they were always willing to provide that little bit extra, like an large coffee or extra teabag for a stonger tea.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and always smiling. We arranged a couple of trips via the hotel - one to Ba Na Hills and another to Cu Lao Cham island - and found the prices to be very reasonable, perhaps a little more than we could have paid elsewhere, but for the convenience of booking through, and paying via, the hotel it was worth it.
Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

I came on a trip with my in-laws and stayed in a connecting room for 2 days and 1 night. As the name of the hotel suggests, it had a French feel and was luxurious. It is very close to the Hoi An night market and lantern place, about a 5-minute walk, and is also one block away from the noisy center, making it a great place for families. Both parents were satisfied. The breakfast was clean and it was nice to be able to easily use the coconut boat (basket boat) provided in conjunction with the hotel. If I visit Hoi An again next time, this is a place I want to use again~ And thank you to all the friendly staff who brought a fan for me in case it was hot!!!

The tiled floors and trailing beauganvillea on the terrace overlooks the canal and is a perfect place for cocktails and meals. It is a short stroll to the night markets which transform the town at night with a myriad of colourful lanterns and many shops and restaraunts to explore. Each of the rooms here has a different colour theme, and there is a stunning pool to enjoy along with a gym and spa area. I thoroughly recommend this place as a very comfortable and reasonably priced destination. We'll definately be back.

We want thank Sally and her dedicated team for our best time in Hoi An.
Sally the manager is such a lovely and caring person and her staff gives us a homey and welcoming feeling. The lovely team is very helpfu, supportiven and professional. The hotel offers a wide range of services, and the team has always suggestions if you need something special. ( even househunting or hairdresser)
The location is perfect, it's close enough to the old town to walk, and far away enough to enjoy the tranquillity and enjoy the view of the river from the elegant balcony or the stunning terrace. The atmosphere and the interior remind us of the elegant past, and it's easy to feel immediately very relaxed and looked after.
The room is very cosy and the furniture is elegant and tasteful. The bed is super comfortable and guarantees the best sleep. The bathroom is very clean and beautiful. The shower is the best we had so far in Vietnam (even better than in some 5-star hotels) with hot water and a strong waterjet. The room stays cool even after hours without running the ac.
Coming back after busy hours, you feel like coming home and relaxing in the awesome room or on the lovely balcony with comfortable chairs.
It's by far our favourite hotel, and we extended our stay so often, that Sally already offered us a 2 years stay :))) - We stayed here 2 times for a week.
We definitely come back and want to thank Sally and her absolute lovely and dedicated team for giving us an unforgettable stay in her beautiful hotel.
After writing these lines I even realise that I really don't want to leave :)

I stayed with my mom for 2 nights. The facility itself is a bit old, but the problems are offset by the location, breakfast, and friendliness of the staff. (Please replace the hair dryer if possible.) The location is only about 3 minutes across the bridge from the entrance to the old town, and breakfast is a simple buffet with American-style and Vietnamese home-style side dishes served together. There is also an egg & noodle station there. And the staff, including Lily, are all really pretty and kind. I was especially impressed by the manager, Sally, who treated all guests with the warmest and most passionate attitude of any hotelier I have ever seen. Thanks to you, I had a nice stay :)

I stayed at the Lantana hotel for two nights and I have to say I was blown away, between the staff, location, facilities, it was all so good. Lisa, Tina and Nguyễn Thị Trinh (Anna) all made the stay very enjoyable and I was sad to say goodbye to them. They were excellent in recommending tours in the local area we wouldn't have thought to try such as the memories show and a bicycle tour around the rice fields. I also have a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating with ensuring I could eat the breakfast served (all very delicious too and a big selection between local and western!). The hotel has pool and spa facilities which we made the most and were needed after touring all day. All in all, highly recommend if you're coming to Hoi An, meeting the staff in the hotel was the highlight of my trip!

It's good value for money and the staff is very friendly. When I first checked in, they explained the location and everything, and asked if it was okay when I checked out. It was nice to be able to see the river outside while eating breakfast!
But the breakfast focuses on local food and doesn't have a lot of variety. And it's nice because it's really close to the old town and the night market. They say they recommend various nearby tourist attractions and help with coconut boat reservations, but it's cheaper to make a reservation through KakaoTalk at Green Coconut.
