We weren't staying here, but they were incredibly helpful in explaining different options for trips and what to do and see. We booked through them, at a day's notice and their organisation was perfect - great driver, on time, simple to pay in cash or card, and absolutely amazing experiences.

Stayed here with some friends during our trip to Zambia and Botswana. Good and clean hostel which I can recommend. We stayed in one of the big rooms that fited 8 people with bunk beds. The room had mosquito netting and felt safe.

The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and very friendly. We stayed 2 nights while in Zambia to visit Victoria Falls and it was fine for that length of time. The room, considered a deluxe, had an en suite which we appreciated tremendously. There is a hotel shuttle to get you from the airport as well as take you to...

Small room, but OK. The A/C was very efficient due to the size of the room. Missing restaurant was a disappointment. Good service in finding and booking excursions. Friendly and polite staff. T he in-room safe deposit box is an extra and valuable feature. Location is good with nice restaurants nearby with both fish and local cooking available. Also the...

Fawlty Towers accommodates all budgets in a comfortable, safe and clean environment. It offers executive suites to dormitory style accommodation. Dorms are accommodate 4 to 6 on bunk beds. The friendly staff and green environment makes it feel very homely. If offers a communal kitchen with fridge and all to allow self catering. The pool is nice and clean and...

Best location in Livingstone for access to tour routes, supermarket, cafe. Directly opposite main supermarket in town with takeaway food options and cafes also. Excellent accomodation for the price, incredible low cost also for the safety of the place (a staffed gated entry and they are strict about visitors but still very friendly). Kept clean, shared bathrooms and communal kitchen...

loved staying at fawlty towers. The pool was a great respite from the heat. The place has a great vibe with back packers and NGO staff and casual travelers. We stayed in a deluxe room that was very large with comfy bed and big bathroom. We had friends who stayed in a simple twin that was well appointed. Note: make...

Homely and inviting. Like the simplicity combined with quality and style. Short intro of the facilities on arrival wouldn't hurt. Location is great with immediate access to a few restaurants. Walking around makes you meet nice and friendly people nice to talk to.

Mikael, thank you very much for the lovely review. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your time with us. Thanks for the constructive feedback regarding "orientation" on arrival. I am sorry you were not given an introduction of the facilities; my staff are usually good at this but were perhaps under pressure at the time. Thanks very...

What I enjoyed most was the relaxed atmosphere of the place. If you want to get to know other guests, just hang out at the pool. You can cook your own food in their kitchen after you buy it across the street at Shoprite. Or you can walk down the street to a little restaurant. And the swimming pool after...

Thanks Jim K for the lovely review. I am very happy to hear that you enjoyed our relaxed atmosphere. We tend to be the backpackers in town that encourages that very chilled out vibe rather than a big hyped up party vibe. We are perfectly located for accessing night clubs, bars andrestaurants so our guests can go out enjoy the...
