Myself and my two daughters had a lovely overnight stay at Travellers whilst in Bulawayo for a gala. We stayed in the very comfortable family room. More than enough beds, all amenities were there, we made use of the self service kitchen to store some groceries and get ourselves organized for our early start. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful... More

Stayed here recently for two nights enroute to Victoria Falls. We had been travelling all day and were exhausted.. but when we finally got to this little jewel we were so surprised! Absolutely adorable little inn! The rooms were very nice, clean and updated with good showers! They were in a garden which surrounded a lovely pool. Such a great... More

The room was wonderful, better than expected. Everything was neat and well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent. My only complaint would be that breakfast should be included in your rates. I feel that the breakfast you offer is over priced. We had delicious breakfast at Foodlovers daily.

Welcoming was a bit weary as we had driven through rain most of the trip.Would have loved a cup of coffee on arrival .On entering the room discovered no tea or coffee available .Slight improvements are the availability of a kettle /Tea pot and Cold Water in a Jug .Otherwise no other complaints

The rooms were very clean , helpful staff and generally a very good ambiance. I enjoyed my stay though I think they need to invest in proper air conditioning for the rooms because it was extremely hot. We had fans in the room but it was still quite got. Other than that the overall experience was excellent thank you!!!!

Thank you for the 5 stars! We're glad you enjoyed your stay, sorry it was too hot. We've had a terrible heatwave this Oct, temperatures are usually much milder throughout the year. If this trend continues, we'll definitely look into getting aircon. We look forward to having you back, keep well. More

Stayed for one night while in visiting the Matobo National Park in Zimbabwe - great service, lovely clean rooms and a nice garden surrounding the pool. A quiet and relaxing place with plenty of greenery.

The hotel staff made us very welcome from the very start, the service was impeccable at all times, the facilities clean and bright. The gardens were well maintained and we enjoyed spending time around the pool. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone... More

Stayed for the night on our way from Chobe, Botswana to Harare, Zimbabwe. We had a family room ($110) which was clean, had a blower but no air conditioning, but with bed which were to short. At 1.90 meters, my feet stuck out. The front door was broken so it wouldn't close without closing it with a key which was... More

Hi Ian, thanks for your feedback. Apologies that our bed was too short for you. We'll look into getting some extra-length beds for taller people. We've also fixed the door, thanks for bringing it to our attention. More

The service and reception was great.... Nice people. It is located in a quite neighborhood close to the park and supermarket and 10 minutes away from the central business district. Include breakfast i.e. make it bed and breakfast
