Service is what set Al Qidra apart for me. The staff has been excellent- arranging tours and transportation, working with us on our schedule, and making us feel at home. Your experience will largely depend what you are looking for. The hotel itself is basic. Simple but clean. Beds are not the most comfortable and there was some street noise...

Perhaps our expectations for 3 star were set too high, based on the nice hotel in Amman. This is more like a backpacker place. Peeling paint, broken toilet seat, no towels then damp grey washed out towels. No security chain on door. No room safe. Large gap between wall and door frame. Overall grubby and rundown. Reasonable place for budget...

The hotel is well located for visiting Aqaba and our room was spacious. The hotel is very dark with an uncomfortable feel. Our room was on the 4th floor and the lift didn't work so it wasn't great for my older mother. Our room was clean but the chairs in it were filthy, full of stains and crumbs. We weren't...

Friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent location! For only 70jd two big bedrooms and a balcony with a nice view were absolutely satisfying! We got upgraded to second floor while the original booking was ground floor!

We had booked a cheap room ground level, but when we arrived we got offered a better room on the 4th floor for free. The service was very kind. Otherwise a good, i d say average hotel. Clean, fridge in the room, small balcony. Central Aquaba and close to the sea.

This hotel has a perfect location, there were nice staff, we had a large room with balcony. Maybe you'll need some help in Aqaba, I recommend Abdullah Abu Aldarak at the reception, be sure, he will assist you as he can do the best.

For the price I paid I consider it a good stay. Reading the previous reviews about noise from street i asked for top floor room and i got one. Location is great and the free breakfast is sufficient. I would stay again.

We chose this hotel for its location. It is in the centre of Aqaba about 200m from shops and seafront. We booked a junior suite and got a reasonable rate. The rooms were big offering one room with a double bed one room with three single beds and a sitting room with TV. The rooms are a little dated and...

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are very nice, but the hotel is run down, falling apart, and some of the rooms are even worse than others. The staff did agree to move us to a less terrible room. Our first room had so many things broken it in. It didn't have any towels, and when...

For 2-3 people its perfect. But with family they gave us rooms which were not clean and full of dust. Moreover, the bathroom is horrible. I dont recommend the free breakfast. The receptionists are kind.
