We enjoyed our stay at Al Qidra. The service was really good - as soon as we arrived our bags were even carried by one of the staff members to our room. When we left they helped us book a taxi to get to Wadi Rum too. The room was pretty big and clean with a little balcony to enjoy...

I spent 1 night here on my solo bicycle tour of Jordan. Things I liked ============= Spacious room, and a desk and chair for my laptop. Space for 3 bikes. Extra round coffee table and 2 chairs. Good Wi-Fi, comfortable, peaceful. Breakfast was adequate. Abdullah, the desk clerk, spoke good English and had excellent inter-personal skills. Lighting was good. I...

Had a very relaxing and pleasant stay at Al Qidra. Convenient location: same as other reviews: close to food, banks, airline offices, shops, post office, sights... It took a bit of searching after getting off the Wadi Rum bus, though.  The hotel is not that close to bus stop if you walk, but manageable if suitcase has wheels, since it...

I have been travelling in Jordan for business, and have deliberately tried to avoid big chain hotels and to give my custom to smaller, independent businesses. This hotel has a pleasing lobby area. The receptionist who checked me in was quite unfriendly, and the warm welcome other travellers have commented on never materialised I’m afraid. The rooms itself was spacious...

- No normal wi-fi in the room (per 4 d. this problem wasn't solved). + The room was clean. No mosque next to the hotel (no hate, nobody will wake you up at 5 a. m.). You can get free drinks (tea, coffee, juice) while sitting in the main hall. +/- No kettle in the room (by the room's description...

Spacious, clean room with balcony. We had a fridge and a/c in our room. Helpful, friendly staff. Free drinks while sitting in the lobby. Good breakfast including hot meals. It is possible to pay by credit card for your stay in this hotel. Receptionist didn't give me to choose a currency for charging my credit card. I preferred to be...

The Al Qidra Hotel is a great deal! The rooms are very large, the breakfast offers a nice variety of items, the internet fast, and the location is very central. We spent two nights here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend and if we return to Aqaba, we'll definitely stay here again.

We were very happy with the stay here. The price was very reasonable, and the room clean and good for the price. The highlight for me was the staff - endlessly friendly and helpful. They helped us organise a trip to Wadi Rum, and a boat trip at Aqaba, both at short notice. They made life much easier for us,...

This hotel is brilliant. It is very reasonable, 105JD for 3 nights including breakfast for a lovely double room with all the trimmings - balcony, fridge, ac, satellite TV etc. Breakfast is the usual fare.
