Good overall. Servis solid...Restaurant solid... Rooms were clean and cozily. Hotel is in center of small city of Aqaba. Nothing special, but good. For me, the most important was strong air conditioning-

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, I shared a room with my two friends. The room was clean and very comfortable with great customer service, there was a bit of a language barrier when ordering room service but overall we had a great stay for a great price! Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks!

We stayed at the Mina Hotel on a trip to Jordan from Israel. The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. we received a free room upgrade, which included a great view of the Red Sea. The hotel is ideally located in Aqaba, but does not have it's own beach, the public beach can be a bit...

The short version of this review is: don't visit this hotel in the low season. I arrived with a colleague for a 1-day business trip in winter (January), we were first surprised when the receptionist told us they had no reservation for us, although I did provide him with a print of our reservation, which was paid for in advance...

We were put there for the night as part of our tour package and regret every minute. Forget this place unless you are really desperate. There is no airconditioning, but there is a heater for winter. The noise levels from the street are not bearable. The couch in our room was heavily stained and terribly worn. The lighting in the...

Stayed one night. Very comfortable. Close to the Red Sea for boat trips and surrounded by shops and restaurants although we ate in. Good selection of food and delicious desserts, they ran out but brought more as soon as we asked. Nice roof top location with views of the coast, hills and towns. Intermittent wifi in the lobby but it...

The Bad: Compared to my first night spent in Days Inn Hotel this hotel did not compare. Staff were nowhere near as friendly and I killed 4 critters running across the floor in my room over two nights, that looked like small cockroaches. I also killed a few mosquitos even though I'd never had the balcony door open. The breakfast...

Staff was nice but the hotel looked like it was closing down. It was more a motel than a hotel. The decoration was not modern and the bed was old and looked worn. The linens were clean though. The breakfast was also okay.

Mina hotel is located in the center of Aqaba, however, it is poorly maintained. One of the employees told me that the owner, who lives in Amman, has lost interest in the hotel and no investments are made. The rooms, furniture and the whole building represent neglect. The main entrance speaks for itself. The rooms are poorly equipped and the...
