Overall I am satisfied with this hotel for the price we paid, staff were friendly and there was good shuttle bus connections to Berenice Beach. Breakfast was fair and you can order a freshly made omelette. The restaurant was even open for early morning tourists for the Petra tour outside their ordinary hours! The only downside was that WiFi was...

For only one night, it is a very good hotel. Good sleeping quality and good breakfast buffet. Air condition is very good and rooms are very clean. The staff are OK and the hotel in general is fine for your stay but you will spend all the day outside the hotel of course.

I stayed here for 1 night as part of a tour around Jordan. My room was not available until 4:15 pm. When I finally got in my room, it hadn't been cleaned, the mini-bar hadn't been stocked (and was even switched off) and the door was wide open. Everyone else in my tour group had similar issues! There is no...

It was our last stop in Jordan. It was so crowned. The bedroom was dirty when we arrived, we paid for three beds room and we got two normal beds and small added one. When we complained on the reception about it, they told us there was not that kind of bedrooms, even if we paid for it before we...

We spent one night in Aqaba and stayed at Aqaba Gulf Hotel. It has a nice location with short walking distance to the beach, shopping malls and restaurants, and the rooms were nice. However, I was very disappointed by the staff, as I had become used to the friendly and wonderful service that we had gotten everywhere else in Jordan....

Very dirty rooms, we really don't know which was the colour of the carpet in our room, it was very spotted, the bathroom was small and the towels very used. Not direct access to the beach. Wi-Fi is an extra charge, the food was average. At the front desk the receptionist wasn't friendly at all and not helful. It isn't...

Good location, and a great outdoor pool area, but rooms are showing wear and look a little tired. Rated a 4 start hotel, Aqaba Gulf Hotel felt more like a 3 star, and though clean and comfortable was dated and overpriced compared to other newer options in the area. On the good side it is licenced and has happy hour...

The hotel is close to many venues, including many dive shops. The Dinner buffet is good, however, the buffet staff prohibits you from consuming any beverages, including bottled water not purchased in the restaurant, forcing you either to purchase their medium water bottle at $4 (USD), or not drinking anything at dinner. Breakfast buffet was good, they served drinking water...
