Staying here was an experience, from start to finish. The Lego theming begins before even entering, with the appearance of the building, and Lego models in front of the entrance. While waiting to check in, there's Lego flying above your head, and a big pit of Lego for children to play in. Everything is colorful, and Lego theming is everywhere. There is a sense of fun to everything. Even the lifts are exciting, as dance music and party lights spin around as it takes you to your floor. The theming in the corridors makes it clear which section you're in, and it all carries on into the rooms. There are Lego models everywhere in the room, and Lego theming on the walls and floor. There is a safe with some free Lego sets, which can be unlocked after solving some riddles involving details in the room to get the code. Great fun! In terms of the room, it was very clean, amenities were good and all Lego themed, and the coffee and hot chocolate (cocoa) were both great. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant has a lot of Lego theming, and there is a play area for children. The price for dinner, which includes one a la carte dish and the buffet, is high but worth it. The food was all excellent. My only disappointment is that I wasn't hungrier, so I couldn't eat more. Breakfast was included, and the breakfast buffet was again excellent. For measures against Covid, everyone wears a mask when not at their tables, and at the buffet everyone uses disposable plastic gloves. There is also alcohol spray, of course. Staff were always cheerful and helpful. (Finally, during dinner, there was a photo opportunity with a chef Lego character. From a table by the window, I watched the chef (person in a costume) come from somewhere behind Legoland, and after the photo session they returned. Not only were they in the costume the entire time, but in character, waving and acting like a Lego character, until they finally were out of sight after entering a doorway quite far away. A brilliant detail that keeps the magic of Legoland, for anyone sat by the window who might just happen to be watching.)

We have been home a little over a week from our second trip to Legoland Japan and our daughters have not stopped talking about how much fun they had and what a great place to stay! The hotel is so fun and full of fantastic details all throughout the entire hotel. The disco party elevators made for great dance parties, the decorated hallways to the rooms were so fun to see and the room is full of fun surprises. The treasure hunt is a family affair and our girls are always so excited to keep the legos they find! The play area near the restaurant is really nice and allows for parents to sit back and relax and eat in peace while our kids play and have a blast! The food is great and the staff are always so wonderful and ready to help out or get something for us. Amanda and Rie were both so friendly and made breakfast and dinner time special. From the moment we walked in to the moment we drove away we were treated so wonderfully and always welcomed by amazing staff! Masako truly took hospitality to the next level, she always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had all we needed for each day and informed us of anything happening that we may be interested in! She took family pictures for us and played with the girls while I took care of something. Masako made us feel so welcome and really took great care of us! We had a great time and have already planned our third trip for our youngest’s birthday!

This is the second theme park and hotel we’ve visited in Japan. Our comparative baseline is the ‘House of Mouse’. By far, Legoland - both park and hotel - have outshone Walt’s & Roy’s opportunistic empire. Masako-san and her staff went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable and welcomed during our stay. Too numerous small gestures to list (e.g. baggage check and delivery to room, personalized name tags for the kids, etc), but it was the genuine passion and enthusiasm for guest experiences that won us over and makes us look forward to returning. …unlike the Mouse experience where we were treated as yet one more anonymous target to fleece our money. Great job Legoland Japan and Masako-san! ありがとうございます

We stayed for a few days in the Legoland Japan hotel while visiting the park, and it was magical for the children (6, 3, and 1). The wife and I also had a great time. The kids loved the Lego-themed amenities, including the Duplo box for the 1-year-old and the treasure hunt for the older kids. Having Lego kits in the room for everyone was a nice touch also, although the hotel also had a lot of other activities such as an indoor kids pool/splash pad and a playground area that kept us busy and out of our room for most of our waking hours. Anything that was lacking was immediately attended to by a very responsive staff. Not only did much of the staff seem to speak English, which was very helpful, but they were so kind with everything and very attentive to the children. In particular, Miyuu, Yeonhee, Nagisa, and Masako from the front desk all took extra time to answer our questions or even show us around the hotel so we could find the store, the kids play area, etc. to further solve our problems. Miyuu even helped entertain our youngest child when she saw that he was having a hard time with something. Even in the very crowded breakfast buffet area, one of the staff (Amanda) took the time to carry my tray when she saw I had my arms full of children. It seemed that everywhere we went, someone was always trying to make our stay better. I'm not taking the time to review the park here too, but mid-July was a perfect time to visit. Wait times for rides were always less than five minutes, and the park staff were very kind. The kids loved that too. This was a wonderful place for the family and I hope we have the opportunity to come back someday. Thank you, Legoland Japan!

The hotel is right in front of the entrance to Legoland. The Legoland hotel is nice. Very clean and beautifully decorated in Lego Themes. They have a treasure hunt for the kids in the room to unlock the box, surprise inside. Restaurant was nice but buffet was barely so-so. Behind the hotel is an outlet style mall with restaurants. Hotel has a pool and other play areas. Good if you travelled to visit Legoland with children. Completely non-smoking.

Wonderful place to go with young kids. Situated right next to Legoland. Worth a two day stay as one day not quite enough to do everything. There is also a train museum a ten minute walk from the hotel.

HI LA Lee – san, Thank you for sharing your stay experience with us! I`m glad our front desk team was helpful and friendly during your visit. I believe they will be happy to hear your comments, hence it will be shared with them during their briefing. Equally, I will share your positive feedback on the room cleanliness with the housekeeping team. I`m sure the boys had a great time here and with their separate bunk bed area, they would have enjoyed their favorite shows without any disturbance to the parents. Our indoor pool is very popular among the young children as you have shared. We are looking forward to welcoming you all in the future!

True to the name of the hotel, the rooms are designed with Lego-loving kids in mind. Toiletries are complete and packaged so cute. There's bunk beds for two kids and a separate bigger bed for adults. The space to move around is quite sufficient. Breakfast is situated at the second floor. It's again designed with kids in mind as the height of the food stations allows kids to get what they want. Theere is also a play area in front of the breakfast area where kids can get some exercise.

Hi Aimee-san, Thank you for sharing your stay experience with us! Your spot on that everything in this hotel was designed for LEGO loving kids and adults. Glad your liked the room layout and hopefully kids enjoyed the treasure chest activity in the room. We are one of the rare hotels that has kids buffet station so that the kids can pick up their favorite food. I like your last comment, where `kids can get some exercise` on Level 2 outside Bricks. We have some adventure play area where kids get to workout in the morning, evening or even all day long. 😊 We look forward to welcoming you all back in the near future!
