You can book a triple room, 2 single beds with one extra bed, can should be able to sleep for 4, since your children is 9&12 years old. This hotel room is reasonable size, and good value for money. Street behind the hotel has a lot of good restaurants and walking distance to Nagoya Tower.
It's depends on how you book the hotel I think. I have booked without breakfast because it isn't hard to find food in the morning around the hotel, even convenience stores has loads of ready to eat meals.
