I had an enjoyable and restful stay in this hotel. The bed and the sheets were exquisite. To top it all, it was the perfect location for exploring the Nagoya castle. The restaurants and street food stalls near the castle entrance periphery served tasty and savory meals and treats. About another 10 minute walk takes you to subway entrance near Nagoya city. Will definitely recommend to friends for the value for money and convenience plus the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Try the bacon...yummy.

I stayed here during the Rugby World Cup with 150 very excited Irish fans. The public areas of this hotel are amazing and ooze class. Lovely places to eat and relax. Our room was at the baxk of the hotel and was adequate but nothing special.

Wow, right across from Nagoya Castle! I had a room with a full view of it! I couldn’t help but smile at the end of the day and in the morning. I also used the gym. It was about US$15 to use, but was well equipped with a 25 meter swimming pool. The staff were also very helpful. The only down side was the buffet breakfast which was a let down.

A really fabulous hotel with amazing staff. We only stayed one night, would have loved to have been here longer. Didn't get to visit any of the city or the Castle next door as we were too tight for time. Did visit the Toyota museum just 25 minutes away by car. We had single rooms which were compact but adequate and very well equipped. The hotel is spotlessly splendid and good value too. We ate in the restaurant at a reasonable price but be careful what you choose as the prices can be astronomic!

We stayed in a Castle view room and checked in at around 4 pm. We saw the sunset view and the light-up view of the castle. We also saw the full moon raising above the castle. The morning walk around the castle was good (for people who were not busy in shopping). With the hotel price, we were surprised that it provided porter service to take our luggage from the taxi to our room. The front desk service was also very good. Certainly the hotel was a bit far from the Nagoya station. However it provided a hourly shuttle service. Also a taxi trip costed around 1,100 yen only.

A group of friends and I stayed at the hotel after a trip to the northern part of central Japan to appreciate the red foliage. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was lucky to get a room facing the castle. The bed was comfortable. Toiletries were first rank. Staff were polite and helpful. It was a pity that we did not have breakfast at the hotel as we had to rush to the airport.

I stayed there for my new year holiday and I was offered a Nagoya Castle view room. It was very nice waking up every morning to say hi to it. The room is bigger than typical Japanese hotels which are always small. Service is also good as the concierge has been patient in helping to book me restaurants even during new year days. The location is a bit far from the happenings but they have arranged shuttle bus to go back and forth the Nagoya JR station.

This hotel faces the Nagoya Castle and we had a wonderful view on the castle. The reception is friendly and the staff is highly professional. The hotel is famous for events. They serve angood breakfast buffet. However, the rooms need an upgrade. Especially the bathroom is not up to international standard for a 4 star hotel. The wifi connection fails too often.
