This isn't my first stay at this hotel. This is my 3rd night of a 12 night stay and is as outstanding as each of my previous experiences. The rooms are spotless and there is nothing I can fault. The beds are comfortable and housekeeping is consistent.

This is only two years old and is sparkling clean and tidy. The check-in and check-out were seamless and quick, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, even if it will be one night like my stay. Breakfast was fully stocked, even had a couple of different fruit.

Excellent overnight stay. Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, friendly check in, reasonable priced hotel. Would recommend this hotel. We will stay again if traveling this route again to the East coast.

The front desk was helpful, kind, and efficient. Parking is excellent, plentiful, and safe. Full diner just next door. Lobby breakfast from 6-10:AM is good and clean: hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, good selection of teas and muffins.

What a pleasant surprise to find such immaculate & comfortable rooms at a very fair price. The added details, like the fireplace & plants in the lobby, & the fresh coffee & variety of teas available all day, made our stay in the cold month of February, much warmer. Lisa, the receptionist, added a friendly, helpful touch too—providing us with paper dishes & plastic utensils for our carry-in food. My husband loved that the in-motel shop sold ice cream, treats & miscellaneous toiletries. Next time we’ll use the gym, another perk.

I had to choose whether we’d stay at the Amsterdam Castle or Microtel and because of forecasted snow, I chose Microtel because of more firm accessibility. I made the right choice. First, the price was good and our room was spotless and quiet and convenient access to lobby and parking lot. The mini-breakfast was sufficient for our needs and in the strip mall next to the Microtel, there’s a local diner (Star Diner)…a diner from yesteryear with pleasant and simple good food (open 6 am-2 pm, cash only). Staff at Microtel was incredible: Renee, Lisa and others whose names I don’t remember but were wonderful nonetheless.

It was nice, the room was a bit too cold but that was adjustable. What was lacking were vegan and gluten-free options. Apart from that, perhaps take out options to and room service as well would be nice.

Loves this place. Clean, quiet, comfortable, looked new. Convenient stop along our route. Breakfast was good (adding meat or eggs would make it great). Check in was quick and easy, parking readily available.
