Great location, easy parking, helpful staff. Good being opposite train station with convenience stores and excellent tourist info booth. Short walk to market, and easy km stroll to riverside for sunset photos and main tourist area.

We were supposed to stay at Rasso Hotel, but had to change it to this one because of our schedule changes. The location and staff were great, but the hotel needs some major renovation. Our room was small just as a standard business hotel room in Japan, but had everything we needed. What made our stay above average there was...

First, the hotel has changed its name to Kushiro Crown Isles Hotel. Second, this is a nice but not great hotel. The hotel is built in the shape of a wide "V". Our room was at the point of the V and was huge. It was essentially a large junior suite. You could tell from the floor plan that every...

The hotel is right across the road from the train station so very convenient even if you didn't rent a car. The staff were helpful but that's basically where the positive ends. It was not a bad stay at all but the rooms were very, very tiny. I have stayed at small Japanese hotels before but this was tinier than...

A perfect position, you can see the hotel as you walk out of the station. We stayed for three nights. Easy walking to the market and shops. The rooms were well equipped, and spotless. As in most business hotels in Japan the room is small but the price and position makes up for it. The staff were very helpful and...

Extremely near to JR station (2 mins walking distance), can see it after you step out from the station. Room as usual is small; but clean enough. Provide free message machine and free hot-spring. Even walk to the market, it's also near, not far away. Staff is very friendly and helped us to book a BBQ restaurant (which the restaurant's...

Very easy access to the transportation hub, Kushiro station which hosts airport bus service as well as JR train. Breakfast buffet is packed with variety of Japanese and western dishes by local ingredients. Apart from in-room bath, public bathroom is also available but it is somewhat small.

It's right opposite the train station, making it very convenient for us. When we checked in, the staff promptly passed us our keys and a map with English translation. The rooms are extremly small but they give free internet access. There's also a laundry room but we didn't use it. The only restaurant known as shangri-la has limited choices on...

We stayed at this hotel for one night on two occasions during a two-week tour of Hokkaido. We only stayed here as Kushiro was on the way to/from our holiday destination. I had heard rumours that Kushiro is a 'dying town' and we found little evidence to the contrary in our brief stay. Positives - The hotel is almost immediately...
